Spend this full day out from Marrakech exploring the waterfalls of Ouzoud, and going on a guided hike through the olive trees and into the gorge. I brought my mom to see the most fantastic waterfall we had ever seen. She was so happy to see this mother nature and the cuties monkies. Two thumbs way up!

Cascadas impresionantes excursión pésima.

Un esperpento de excursión. En primer lugar, mi asiento en el autobús no tenía el enganche del cinturón de seguridad, por lo que tuve que hacer un viaje de casi 8 horas de duración, entre ida y vuelta, sin el. En segundo lugar, la excursión no fue en absoluto como se anunciaba en la página web, ya que tras llegar al pie de las cascadas y tras un breve paseo en barco de cinco minutos, nos fuimos directamente a comer y tras acabar de comer fuimos a coger el autobús de vuelta a Marrakech, con lo cual no pudimos bañarnos en las cascadas, que era una de las principales razones por las que había reservado esta excursión y probablemente uni de su mayores reclamos. También tuvimos que pagar para coger el paseo en barco, cuando en ningún sitio especificaba que había que pagar más. Para colmo, en el restaurante intentaron estafarnos, queriendo cobrarnos 60 dirhams más de lo que supuestamente costaban los menús. Tras llegar al hotel, contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente, pero la atención recibida fue pésima. Una pena, porque las cascadas son realmente preciosas.
