Overview

Learn to prepare a multi course dinner with a local Berber family at this cooking class in the Atlas Mountains. You’ll be collected from your accommodation in Marrakech, then driven out to the family’s home where you will cook. You’ll learn to prepare starters, main courses, and desert, and after this, you’ll all sit down to dine together.

Excellent Berber Cooking Class

Very snowy, come ready. Mohamed. & wife Mina were amazing hosts, grow a garden, trees, and this is what we ate from. Real fast with his own sheep’s butter, almond paste from his trees, his honey and Argan oil. The tagine he taught was delish! Highly recommend for its authenticity. They’re not putting on a show - this is actually how they live and I feel honoured to have been invited into their home. Will return in summer for a trek and camp.
