A perfect introduction on our first day in Morocco. This tour took us to all the sites we hoped to see, and more little gems we would never have found on our own (like an amazing little patisserie and a spice shop!). The safe driver and friendly, patient guide, kindly took us to an ATM en route and really looked out for us the whole time. Would highly recommend this tour!

Sow nice places but the information from a tour guide was very limited. Morocco is a country with old and very interesting history but we didn't get any information about Moroccan history. Very sad. Tour guide was friendly but it is it....

Several items on itinerary left out. Guide did not accompany us to any sites as expected. English spoken was poor. A/c in bus did not work after first 5 minutes

Moad was our guide except for the mosque. He was friendly and answered all the questions we had about their culture and religion. We requested to drop us off at a restaurant for dinner instead of dropping off us at the hotel, he was happy to do so.

Casablanca is a lovely town and the tour gave a panoramic overview. I would suggest that you get the Dirham currency if you plan on shopping. Many places did not take a credit card. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Booked a private tour & turned up at the pick up point where other customers were getting their tour. We were not in the reps list & waited nearly an hour in the cold & wet, before being lied to, told that the car had broken down!
Further to this, was then palmed off to a local taxi driver, who I would have to pay for a tour again, but after seeing his taxi, was not happy to get into the car, looked unsafe & didn’t feel comfortable to get in!
Returned to the cruise ship extremely disappointed & lost our day in Casablanca!
Have requested a refund, still waiting!

The only attraction is the Hassan II Mosque. The rest are a waste of time looking from outside. The trip is not worth the money spent.

Majid (the tour guide) and Youseff (driver) were wonderful! Very cool and prompt. They helped explain things and gave fun, interesting facts. In addition, they helped take pictures. I was impressed with how many languages Majid can speak. In addition, I learned from his other colleagues that Majid is blind and I think it’s great how the company supports and accommodates this disability. Majid was such a great guide and knowledgeable. Youseff was great at getting out of the car instead and showing us around and he was a fantastic driver and provided great service! Would definitely recommend doing this tour for others.

The tour started on time and I was picked up from my accomodation as per the time advised. The tour guide was very informative, especially during the Hassan II mosque visit. Learnt a lot about Moroccan culture and history.

A well paced and informative tour covering the main sights of Casablanca. Set off late but delay down to cruise ship and not Viator. Guides throughout were excellent particularly in Hassan II mosque. Main guide Majid knowledgeable and excellent English, along with driver Reda. Good value for money and well organised.

It was a great tour. Only thing that should improve is the meeting with the driver at city center. The driver should have a Viator hat and a better sign. Then every tourist and the guide should be given a bright coloured hat so everyone knows their group.

Meeting point changed and nobody on tour was informed of this change. We had to take a shuttle bus from the pier and then find our tour guide among a number of other tours. We did not receive a response on this from Viator or Tour vendor. Once the tour started, it was very good and our tour guide was very informative

Great tour around with excellent guide Hamid. Just 6 of us on the tour. He adjusted the time and itinerary to fit in what everyone wanted - ended up being around 5 hours.
