Booked a driver to collect us from the airport on arrival in Morocco -he didn't turn up -rang the number supplied on the booking but they were closed ! Did get a refund back from Viator

Awesome experience even when our flight was delayed. I’d recommend this team to anybody traveling to Marrakesh. My only suggestion is having some bilingual drivers so that we can get local food suggestions and such.

Transfer didn't arrive. No wifi and weren't allowed back into terminal so couldn't send a message to complain

Sorry to Hear about that But when I check the last discussion to confirm your arrival you said that your already arange the arrival with your Hotel . and you need a departure from your hotel but when we call you you didnt response Please check your phone and you will see that we call you 3 hours before time of departure. Please Delete your Review Because You give a bad Image for us and all past costumers they know that we dont leave clients in this bad situation !
