Terrible service- Ruined our experience

Terrible Service - Ruined Our Experience We booked this camel ride expecting a memorable experience, but it was a complete disaster. The pickup driver was extremely late, and we ended up missing the sunset, which was the main highlight of the tour. To make things worse, they skipped taking us to the Berber tent for tea, claiming there wasn’t enough time because they delayed the schedule. The camel ride itself, which was supposed to last an hour, was cut down to just 35 minutes, and by the time we got there, it was already dark. Riding camels in pitch darkness was neither enjoyable nor safe. The entire experience felt rushed and poorly organized. There was no apology or compensation for their mistakes, and it was clear they prioritize cramming in as many bookings as possible over delivering on what they promise. I do not recommend this tour to anyone. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and fulfilling experience!

Bonne expérience dans la Palmeraie , un beau soleil le matin , agréable, notre guide était bien , parle pas beaucoup le français mais pas grave il parlait espagnole donc sans problème. Il a était à notre écoute, s'occupe bien de nous pour nous préparées pour la Palmeraie avec la tenue pour la balade a Dromadair, après la balade, le peti thé chauffer comme chez les berbères c'était juste bien . Nous avons étaient heureuse , bon souvenir merci beaucoup notre Cher Guide Hassan !!
