Beautiful but busy

I found the Bahia Palace to be similar to other major attractions in Marrakech: undeniably impressive in design, but overwhelmingly busy. The crowds move through a strict one‑way system that makes the experience feel a bit like walking through Ikea—you’re constantly being funnelled forward with little space to pause or appreciate the details. I used the audio guide, but in hindsight an in‑person guide would have added far more context and made the visit feel less like a slow shuffle through packed corridors. Without that deeper storytelling, the palace felt a little lacking. Overall, it’s fine if you’re nearby and curious, but you wouldn’t miss out by skipping this one on your itinerary.

Tickets did not work

They did not accept tickets that required a scanner. They said that they were fraud! Needed to buy 2 tickets there. I said we scanned eveywhere in marroco but not at the Bahia Palace apparently. Will request payment from you

Beautiful buildings but massively overcrowded. Part under construction. The entrance was so crowded it was clostraphobic

As you know we paid skip the line with guide and audio in order to undestand where ee are..also you gave us meeting point with quide..nobody came this point so we hade no quide no audio and nothing else..when we telephoned the number you gave us they said no quide..but we paid more forthis he said he doesnt know anything else..we were alone and looked bahia palace and came back..dont trust this site anymore..
