Nice experience overall

Overall it was a nice experience in Morocco and in dessert. We started at the early morning. We were 15 people in a mini van, the seats were a bit hard and some part of the road was a bit bumpy. We don't have a general guide, our driver taking care of everything although he didn't speak English but he did a great job. The first day was really nice, we had payed local tour for the interesting site and rest in a nice hotel. The weather of second day was raining most of the time so one plan was canceled because of the road blocking, but the day was still ok just a bit cold. In the early evening we arrived at the dessert and it was wonderful view (the weather was good again). We had 1.5 hours camel riding to the tent, this was a fantastic experience although 1.5 hours is a bit too long. Then we have been asked to choose either ride 1.5 hours camel to the meeting point tomorrow or take Jeep to see the sun rise and sandboard (150 diram). All chose Jeep without surprise. The dinner at the tent was so so. We has been told to get up at 4 am and leave at 5 am although the sunrise is around 7.30. However, we got up around 4 am, and but no one was there, until 5 am we were called for breakfast. There was not much for breakfast, then around 6 am we arrived the place to wait the sunrise. Although it was really nice to see the clear sky, the dark dessert and waiting for the sunrise, it's too cold to be outside so long. The sunrise in dessert was breathtaking. After sunrise we continue to wait till 8.30 am and the they drove us to the meeting point. The third day is purely driving to Marrakech, I was a little bit tired and didn't feel very well because of the cold.

Les + l'organisation, le chauffer était très sympa ainsi que les autres personnes qui nous ont accompagnés dans cette excursion. On a visité beaucoup des endroits et on a très bien mangé. Le tentes dans le camping sont magnifiques Les - le premier guide nous a arnaquer à en nous faisant acheter des écharpes pour 13 euros, qui coûte normalement 5 euros, donc très attention à ça. Dans le premier hôtel les chambres horribles.

le séjour dans le désert est magnifique, seul bémol malheuresement la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas le véhicule ce qui a rendu le voyage difficile

Bonjour Nous vous remercions pour votre avis , concernant votre réclamation relative à la clim il faut noter que le véhicule a ce problème a cause de la chaleur qui avait a Marrakech et le Maroc ,il est tout neuf modèle 01/2020

No aparecieron, y a las 3 horas más tarde nos llevaron a otra excursión que no sabíamos ni dónde era, nos ofrecieron hacer la excursión de 3 días por el desierto al día siguiente pero por fechas ya no podíamos, la excursión incluía noches de hotel y al no hacerla tuvimos que buscar hotel cuando volvimos a Marrakech, al final hicimos una excursión de 2 días en vez de 3. Aún sigo esperando una simple disculpa
