Avoid, this provider.

Tsvetan_P, Mar 2026
The provider did not show up at the appointed date and place. They told us they were unable to provide the service that day, especially for such a small group. We had booked and prepaid the tour weeks in advance, but received no prior notice. When we called them, their response was not appropriate and quite unhelpful. They were even rude and tried to blame us for not calling in advance to reconfirm the reservation. At least Viatour supported us getting a timely refund.

Good three day trip but be prepared to be flexible and over priced lunches

Asif_Q, Oct 2025
Overall great experience but just some minor items. Meeting point in Marrakech Hotel Ali was under construction when I scouted it out and they told me to goto Hotel Tazi down the street instead. We had Abdul/Saeed as the guide/driver. They made us join a whatsapp group chat and upload a selfie which I did not want to do as I do not join any group chats, mostly people uploading their pics during trip. Lunch was 130 dirham when I had the same pizza in Marrakesh for 20 dirham so food options overpriced. Same on day 2 where lunch again was 120 dirham. I can get a panini sandwich with fries in town for only 25 dirham so these tourist prices are quite high. First night hotel was good but we arrived quite late. Dinner included. Second night we did the camel trek and stayed in the tents. I had private tent with ensuite shower. Next morning departures 6am was not properly communicated, i thought they were joking and was sleeping in. The evenings campfire music was very amateur and not rehearsed. Return trip I did the dune buggy instead of camel trek back. I was the only one in group going to Fes which I had to explain to guide and have the tour company explain to him as he didnt know and thought we are all going back to Marrakech. Like other reviews say they put you in a smaller 7 passenger van that is quite hot with windows that do not open much. They took us to another expensive restaurant for lunch but this time we had options so we went across the road for half price. Overall good tour but just be prepared to be a bit flexible. A bit of a "party bus" so just go with the flow.

An unforgettable experience

Diane_M, Sep 2025
The experience was great. However, we were with our group for the first day. But stayed at different hotels. Back together the next day until we arrived at the place where we getting an unforgettable experience.on the camels. Got to the camp, ate and sat and watched the Berber music show. But again got separated from the group and our camp was in a different site. We were well looked after but the information was not clear as to why all these changes were happening . We reserved the luxury tents. Maybe that’s why. The next day we were with a totally different group once again to go home.

Horrible experience

Sandra_B, May 2025
It was a horrible experience with the transportation they provided to us from the desert to Fes. They sent us a taxi, which was very old and uncomfortable. It was ripped in some parts, and with NO AC (they offered an air conditioned van) The driver picked up some more local people. It was supposed to be a private transportation not a public transportation. He was driving so carelessly and looking at his phone all the time. We were so scared that we were going to get in an accident. He also stopped several times to buy his own groceries, the car smelled like onions. The tour that I paid for said that they were to leave us as close as possible to my hotel/riad. The driver left us at the entrance of the Medina and said that cars can’t come any closer. We had to walk with all our luggage for more than 25 mins, only to see that there was a street less than 1 min away from the riad. I wrote to the tour operator to explain the situation and they didn’t even apologized. This was the most horrible experience that I have lived. Do not book with this operator if you don’t want to live nightmare.

Amazing experience, Saleem was a great host

Mustafa_I, Dec 2024
We booked a group tour but ended up in a small of just us 4 and another person. Saleem was a great guide and driver who was very kind and did his best to accommodate our request for stopovers and food. All accomodation and food was great, the Sahara experience was amazing and we had a great time overall. Highly recommended.

Amazing tour!

PetraRemijn, Mar 2024
Amazing tour! There were some uncertainties. Due to the low season, several tours were combined. As a result, there was no permanent tour guide who accompanied the entire tour. but different local tour guides with different drivers. But our tour operator kept in touch with us every day and made our tour unique. Thank you so much!

Excellent value for money

Giuliano_F, May 2025
The tour is quite challenging because of the distances, but there are many stops. The main experience is of course the desert camel, and it lives up to expectations. But also beautiful intermediate stages, especially the casbah of Ait Ben Haddou, unforgettable. The hotel on the first night wasn't much but the desert tent, luxury version, was fantastic. Visits to carpet and scarf shops are also planned, but they are not too annoying.

Las paradas son...

raquel_s, Apr 2025
