We, an English couple, had a wonderful time on this trip to the Merzouga desert. Our guide, Hamid, was very attentive and made sure to translate anything into English for us including ensuring the guides at Ait Benhaddou and at the Argan oil cooperative explained everything in English. On the first day, we were picked up near our riad in a taxi then taken to a larger van. There were two vans for the whole group. All of our group (except us) spoke Portuguese but we had a lovely time getting to know those who spoke English as well and did not find this to be a problem. It was more funny than anything else that we were the only English people. I think this is because Portuguese book onto this tour because it is offered as a language but again not an issue for us. Then we were driven to a scenic spot for a coffee then we drove through the Atlas Mountains to ait benhaddou where we had a guided tour and lunch and we ended the day at the dades hotel. It does get very hot so buy water along the way and bring travel sickness pills if you get motion sickness.
The hotel on the first night was lovely with a beautiful view, a pool, and air con. We really lucked out and had a big room with a view over the pool and mountains. We were welcomed with Moroccan tea. The following morning we were driven via tinghir to the todra gorge which was beautiful and then tried on Berber clothes. (You don’t need to buy anything you don’t want to - there really is no pressure.) The tour guides made sure to do multiple stops a day for loo breaks and to buy water, you also had the opportunity to buy alcohol if you liked for your meal in the desert. Arriving at the Merzouga was the highlight of the trip! You had the option to take a quad bike in pairs for 60€ for two or merely take a jeep to the camp. The quad biking was very fun and we would recommend. The Merzouga is a proper desert even if a little small, but is fully like a cartoon. Amazing experience.
At the camp we were welcomed with tea and had a camel ride at golden hour and we could go sandboarding on the dunes. The tents themselves were very comfortable with lots of space and a private bathroom and air con if you like. Obviously it is in the desert and sort of glamping so don’t expect the shower to be particularly strong or anything. In the evening, they lit the camp fire and played songs but we went to star gaze on the dunes which was beautiful.
On the final day, we got up early and were driven to Marrakech with about three stops and lunch. This is about 7 hours driving throughout the day but you’ll be tired so can fall asleep easily. Again, they provided a taxi straight to our riad.
Hamid was a great guide - very attentive throughout, checking up on us, and ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable experience. He also took cute candid photos of us which he sent to us later.
Overall positives:
- great attentive guide
- great value for money
- great experience
- fun group of people
- comfortable air conditioned van
- beautiful camp site
- nice hotel
Points to bear in mind:
- this is quite an intense trip due to the early wake ups between 6 and 7.30 so if you’re looking for a super relaxed holiday it might not be the best fit.
- lots of driving which can be a bit cramped. My partner is quite tall and sat at the back so he had lots of leg room but I was a little cramped so do bear this in mind and maybe sit at the back if you have long legs.
- dinner is included but lunch isn’t and the prices are higher than in the cities but this makes sense as you are in the middle of the desert, about 120DH for a buffet meal per person.
Obviously, this is a touristy trip but it is touristy for a reason. It is so far the highlight of our stay compared to Marrakech which we found more chaotic. The drive through the mountains is beautiful as well.

If you do not speak spanish or portugese, RUN AWAY.
Here is my experience in short. Before I even booked my trip I requested confirmation, that pick up along the way is possible. This was confirmed as "No problem" and I booked my trip. I used the contact number before the trip to communicate the pick up at location, where I was staying and all still looked fine. But on the day of the trip, it became a big issue to provide me with the number of the bus driver. The contact person actually got so aggressive, that i was told I will find the money i paid at a hotel, and "go where you want". All this for asking for a contact number. Client friendly from the beginning. Still, in the end pick up happened.
During the transfer, even though there was supposed to be an english guide, there was none. So information shared was extremely limited to none.
Once arriving at first accommodation, the hotel was questionable. Lightbulbs instead of lamps, rooms, which for sure saw better days and I rather do not even start about the flies. But, survivable.
Next day, which was supposed to be the highlight, the following happened:
1. visiting a Berber family and getting henna - it was actually a souvenir shop, where once entering, some clothing was pushed on everybody to take pictures. After that, they took the clothing and we could shop. When asked the "tour guide", what is next i was showed to go get lunch, so I missed the henna part as I did not know it was happening.
2. once arriving at the desert, I had the option to select a 4x4 or ride a camel at the camp. This did not happen at all, and together with all the people on my bus I was pushed to get on a 4x4. I mentioned multiple times, that I do not feel confident driving it, and that Im scared. Nobody listened and additionally I was told I need to pay 400 dirham on the spot as this is the way to get to the camp. I had no other option than to pay. When the drive started I stopped after maybe 700m and said im not driving as Im scared. My 4x4 stayed in that spot, and i could drive with one of the guides to the camp.
3. After arriving at the camp I was told that I will be moved to a different camp, as that is part of the package. Additionally, was informed, that there will be a pick up for dinner at this camp and to be ready. Pick up arrive late, which caused, that I missed the only sunset in the desert.
4. After dinner I looked for a guide and asked him, why was I not offered the came ride, which was part of my package. I was told, no problem, that next day morning I will have 10 min camel ride. No explanation, why this is handled this way.
Third day of the trip, the pick up from my camp happened again over an hour late. Car brought us to where we got off the busses, and there I had the camel ride. It for sure was no riding the camel in the desert, as there were no sand dunes.
when asking to return the 400 dirham, which i paid for a service i did not request and did not wanted to attend, it was a big issue.
I have all the communication via Whatsup on my phone, which i will be attaching, which shows the way things were communicated with me. Not only does it show how the trip was suddenly cancelled and I needed to involve my Moroccan friends, so I can attend the trip, but as well, after the trip, they send me messages, telling me, that my bad review (not written by me, but another unsatisfied customer) will not have any affect on them, as they are to good. After asking them what that means, they right away deleted those messages, so I do not have the exact messages, but it shows, that they wee deleted.
I have never experience a trip with such negligence and ignorance and especially arrogance. I really DO NOT understand, who these people can have only good reviews, but my experience was a full blown tragedy.

This client initially booked a trip with us, but the reservation was canceled mutually through WhatsApp, and we fully refunded the amount paid. We were therefore surprised by this review, especially since the trip was never completed with our agency. We do not understand the reason behind such a comment, as we handled the cancellation professionally and respectfully. Our team always aims to provide honest service and maintain good relations with all client

Bad communication. Pick up 30 mins late despite confirmation day before. " Luxury air con minibus" was broken seat belts, arm rests, virtually no air con. Spent over 30 hours on this bus in 3 days. We had less than 12 hours at the camp which was the only highlight of this tour.
The hotel was worse than a backpackers as the one shown in the advert was unavailable and was supposed to be a similar hotel offered. Bare light bulbs , stained bedding, chipped plates. Breakfast was a free for all with about 50 backpackers in the dining room. The tour operator did offer another hotel but by this time we didn't trust what we would get offered.
Some of the toilet stops were disgusting.
I have no idea where the 5 star review comes from.but it wasn't the experience we had or the group of tourists that we shared the bus with.

This person did not participate in our trip to the desert, but they wrote a comment that may be based on a misunderstanding. We do not believe they intended to criticize or harm our work. We appreciate all feedback and would like to clarify again that this person was not part of the trip.
That is fake feedback

We loved the desert experience and the tour guides were great! Be prepared that the trip is a 20 hr road trip in total. They do a great job at keeping the road trip interesting and break up the driving with tour stops along the way. Glamping in the desert, riding camels and sand boarding were big highlights!

It was the worst Exp. At the camp no water and no electricity all night. it was a disaster. Nobody should ever book with this tour operator. Also no English speaking driver or tour guide for all three days. Camp had no air in the room as there are no fans, ac, or, simply a window in it.
Response from Host, May 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Please know that we take every review seriously and are continuously working to improve our service. Our desert camp does provide water and electricity; however, sometimes unexpected technical issues may occur in remote areas, and we sincerely apologize if this affected your stay.
Regarding the language, we always aim to provide English-speaking guides when requested. We're sorry if this wasn’t clear or properly arranged during your tour.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future to offer you a much better experience.
For sure this feedback is fake.
Best regards,
Yousfe

The tour was spectacular! Enjoyed every aspect of it. The journey was an adventure of a lifetime and we saw a lot in 2 days. The third day is the trek back to Marrakech with stops for lunch and bathroom breaks. I would recommend this tour to all my friends and family looking for a great adventure :) make sure to bring water and snacks and take lots of pictures:)

While I recognize that this tour may not resonate with everyone, I’m eager to share some upcoming highlights and potential drawbacks to consider!
Cons:
1.) I booked a tour in English, yet I found myself in a van predominantly with a bunch of jovial Portuguese speakers. While I appreciate the effort from some to speak English, it was disappointing that many didn't even try. This made me feel excluded from the conversation, especially when they were discussing me at one point. I was late by just 10 minutes, but the guide failed to emphasize our call time for the next day. It seems there was a significant miscommunication here. If the guide speaks Portuguese most of the time and only translates at the end, it’s no surprise that I felt disconnected. Conversations in English were often lost in translation, and I deserve to be fully included and informed during this experience.
2.) The van is definitely cramped for 15 people. If you're sitting at the back and stand 5’8" or taller, you'll struggle to stretch your legs or sit comfortably—comparing it to Ryan Air or Wizz Air, leg space feels generous! It's also hard to hear the guide from that position. Investing in a larger van and a better sound system would significantly enhance the experience.
3.) The group tends to favor a particular upscale restaurant (along with a nearby trinket store) of their preference. The prices generally fall between 120 and 140. It's unclear whether they have a formal arrangement with the establishment. Still, it’s interesting to note that these restaurants often appear quite popular, frequently attracting other tourists who arrive in similarly colored vans.
4.) I was charged extra for the Quad ride, which I believed was presented as an option alongside the camel rides.
5.) Given the desert's extreme weather conditions, I recommend visiting in April-May because it can be quite cold during winter. It's important to note that caravans typically have no heating, and the electricity is primarily used for hot and cold showers. Be prepared to dress warmly, and consider bringing extra layers to stay comfortable during your stay.
Now let me highlight the PROS:
1.) As a woman traveling alone, I felt secure and comfortable throughout my journey. I thoroughly enjoyed having an entire tent, complete with an en-suite toilet and bath, during my stay at the desert camp. The added convenience of door-to-door pickup made the experience even better.
2.) The 8-hour van ride was made much more bearable thanks to the thoughtful planning of toilet breaks, which occurred about 3-4 times each way. Additionally, the inclusion of stops for ATMs and grocery shopping, including opportunities to pick up some liquor, added an enjoyable aspect to the journey. Overall, these considerations helped transform what could have been a tedious trip into a more pleasant experience.
3.) The tour presents a thoughtfully crafted itinerary encompassing a wide range of experiences throughout the day. From the early morning to the evening, participants will have the opportunity to appreciate the serene lifestyle of the Berber people, who embody a relaxed and easygoing spirit. Additionally, I am pleased to include a music caravan as part of the experience.
4.) Embracing individuals from different backgrounds, despite the language barriers, is truly heartwarming. It's so touching how the Native’s first instinct is to share a cup of tea, showcasing their warmth and hospitality.
Conclusion:
Recommended, but please manage your expectations.

Everything was perfect and well organised! An experience you will never forget.
Our guide chaima was very helpful and thoughtful throughout all the trip as as well as Karin and Saka. For the service they offer the price is very cheap and worth it!

It was an amazing experience. All the staff working was extremely polite, friendly and helpful (especially Chin-Chin and Omar, our driver). The trip to the Atlas mountains and Merzouga desert was an unforgettable experience! We met people from all over the world and had the time of our lives!

I would recommend this tour to anyone and I understand why the ratings are so good. However, you should book knowing there are a number of flaws and areas of improvement.
Positives:
+ it is one of the best value tours I have ever done in my life.
+ The itenerary is well put together and I wouldn't have chosen anything different.
+ Amazing tour guides with lots of knowledge
Negatives:
- since there were so many tour groups, some groups started everything much later. While other groups were long done with lunch, we didn't start our lunch (on the first day of the trip) until 3:15pm. Since pickup was at 7:30am that morning, that means we didn't have a proper meal for almost 8 hours.
- dinners are all very late (8:30pm the first night and 9pm dinner the second night)
- depending on your camping group, you may not get any sleep due to the loud partying. Our group stayed up very late, drank lots, and were very disruptive. We did not sleep much that night.
- our van was incredibly hot. Even when asked to turn up the air conditioning, some of our fellow passengers got sick due to the heat.
Claudia_M, Jun 2024
We had an unforgettable amazing time. Our guides Mohammed and Yusuf were fantastic and the rest of the group were also as well! It’s a lot of car time but so worth it!
Ricardo_P, Jun 2024
A journey with many points of interest, where you can appreciate the local culture.
Beautiful landscapes, both mountain and oasis.
The restaurants we stopped at were clearly out of line with the reality of the country, charging 3x more for a meal than the equivalent in Marrakech.
Rachel_H, Jun 2024
Unbelievable experience. We felt safe from the moment the tour began with our driver Ahmed. He was friendly, helpful and confident providing great driving and helpful support along the way. The stops along the trip to Merzouga were all spectacular. Special shout out to our fantastic guide Ali at Ait Ben Haddou. Once we got to the desert it was unbelievable. Very comfortable tent, great meals and the experience was once in a lifetime. Great company on the trip too! 10/10

Great trip and amazing to spend the night in the Sahara. The only negative was the first nights hotel but that’s being picky.
jingran_d, May 2024
Pros:
1. long way to Sahara and great to join a tour for the convenience.
2. the evening in Sahara is chill and beautiful and the camping site was nice.
Cons:
1. A bit unorganized and a lot of waiting then just rushes. E.g. whenever there is a toilet/replenishment stop, the guide does not specify at which time we should come back (sometimes he may say 10mins which he would not follow anyway). So there has been a lot of time in waiting and suddenly everyone had to leave right away.
2. Can only eat lunch in their picked places. The lunches are not included and we pay 120dh per person/lunch in their selected restaurants, when there could be other restaurants nearby for 50-60dh. It is totally ok to pay 120dh for a lunch, but the food was not tasty, typical group lunch buffets.
3. It is mostly about taking photos and go to their overpriced shopping stops. At one stop, while waiting for others, we wanted to check out the street stands (a few meters away) and were stopped by the guide from going, since there is a planned shopping place later. Same in the UNESCO site, it was only about walking (not much information provided by the local guide besides where to take photos) + their picked store. Instead of staying in the store for 20mins, it would be good to have some minimum freedom to check out the site/look at the local handcrafts ourselves.
All in all, it is a long trip and not much information was provided. Both nights, the dinners were served after 9:30pm, so make sure you bring a lot of snacks for the ride. All the shops we had to visit are overpriced, try to bargain if you really wanna buy. Otherwise, this trip would be great for energetic people that are into taking photos.

10 stars!!! What a great trip this was. Our driver and guide Hasan did everything he can to make it fun for the group. There was lot of music and dance throughout the three days. And WiFi at times.
The tour started on time. It was a fully packed mini bus. But Hasan made sure there was extra space for my friend who had injured her knee.
Food was traditional and plentiful. Lunch was about 120 dirham each time. Most meals had water/soda included but not all. There were plenty of bathroom breaks.
The hotel accommodations were not the best. But it had a nice pool. Shower was a major issue. The water went super hot in between giving me a burn :(. Hasan explained that the hotel choices are very limited in that area and this is the best they could do.
We had opted for luxury option. Both options are very similar. The difference was camp. I checked both tents - they were same size. Luxury tent had better furnishing and very good quality bed linen and comforter. The regular - not as nice. both tents had bathroom attached. Luxury side had some nice decorations outside tent and beautiful sitting area.
The Sahara area is gorgeous and camel ride is an experience to cherish. There were several stops along the way, each one unique in its own way. There was one nice surprise included - free dress up and picture time and henna. Of course most of us ended up buying some stuff from the shop. But that was our choice.
Highly recommend this tour!

We went into this tour with high expactations due to good reviews, but were disappointed:
1. We booked a english speaking tour and were put into a spanish/portuguese tour. We were the only ones that did not speak this languages.
2. We were under the impressions, that we will receive information about the areas we are in, the history and the live within the areas and the desert by the guide. We almost received no explanations by the guide.
3. Communication with the guide was really exhausting. He spoke english, but was really hard to understand or he didnt understand what we ask.
4. In the desert we were given the wrong wakeup time and missed the sunset because of it. This can not happen in a once in a lifetime experience....
5. The Quad tour wasnt good. The quad guide was really bad and had no idea how to lead the tour. I got stuck severaly times, because of him. It was really boring.
6. Food at the first hotel was really bad. Also the food at the tourist traps, where your stop for lunch. Way to expensive for the quality of food. When possible we left and went to another place.
Good points:
1. Hotel on first night was okay
2. Visited sights were very beautiful
3. Safe driving by driver
4. Tent in Desert Camp was Amazing
5. Food in Desert Camp was good
6. Really good ratio of toilet stops
Overall, we did enjoy the sights of the tour, but not the tour and the organization itself.

If you're interested in going to Merzouga, don't book with this tour operator at a premium, it's an utter waste of money. You'll find there are dozens of offers for these tours at a range of prices with this one being about ~60% more than the median price (seems like the going rate is about $100/person).
We booked with them under the mistaken impression that it would be a premium/superior service with better-than-average accommodations, but quickly figured out that the person you book with is simply a middleman who plays matchmaker between tourists and the actual tour operator that will pick you up and take you on your trip (driver + guide + hotel). Here is a quick rundown of our experience:
1.) We weren't informed about the pickup location until the evening before the departure and had to call just to be told that we'd get that little notice and confirmation that we were going. That's because the person you buy the tour from will simply find a van to put you in the day before.
2.) We selected and paid for an English tour option on Viator, but were put into a 100% Portuguese group. What I mean is that every other member of our tour was either from Portugal and Brazil, and, logically, the guide was prepared to offer the entire tour in Portuguese. This was further emphasized by the fact that the interior of the van we were picked up in was adorned with Portuguese flags. As such, every stop and detail of the tour was explained in Portuguese and we were offered an English translation when we requested it, which got pretty old fast. This is not the fault of the tour guide, who was great! He simply did the logical thing and catered to the majority of the group. I blame the person from whom we ordered the tour for this issue for putting us in this group and ignoring the language option we selected.
3.) The hotel we were put in on the first night of the trip was absolutely disgusting. You can see the attached photos, but we've never stayed in a hotel so dirty and poorly equipped. The carpet in our room looked like it had NEVER been vacuumed, the bedding was noticeably dirty, and there was a musk about the place due to poor ventilation. The shower curtain also did nothing to contain the water so the entire bathroom was soaked after taking a shower.
4.) On the final day of the trip, which is a long drive back to Marrakech, we made a number of very strange unscheduled stops along the way where the driver picked up some really strange packaged from various people along the way. He'd make a bunch of calls as we were driving and we'd periodically pull over for him to receive something. There were 3 such stops in quick succession where he received (in front of us, through the window): a.) a VHS-tape sized bundle wrapped tightly in plastic that looked like it could have been drugs? (see photo) b.) 20 minutes later, he pulled over and received about $250 worth of Dirham from another man c.) Finally picked up a third enveloped that seemed to have a stack of paper/documents/money (not entirely sure). It's entirely possible this was a convenient way to ferry goods across the country, but it made us very uncomfortable, especially the first package that looked like bundles of drugs you may have seen in a TV show and placed it between the two front seats in view of us.
5.) The restaurants the tour takes you to along the way for lunch are a complete scam. Thankfully, we'd seen this warning before the trip and simply went to a different establishment across the street, where we paid 1/3 as much for a much better meal and experience, but it's clear that this is some sort of a racket where the tours and restaurants collude to help you part with your money.
I must say that seeing the desert and the camp we stayed in were FANTASTIC and I absolutely recommend taking the trip to Merzouga, but don't do it with this business. Upon our return home, the person with whom we placed the booking reached out to ask about our experience and proceeded to argue with us that because the guide knew English, it qualified as and English tour and discounted our experience of having to ask for a translation at nearly every stop.
My recommendation is to either book the cheapest option you find where you'll likely have the same experience we did, or find an operator that can actually tell you precisely what your accommodations will be and describe how they match tourists with the drivers/vans. Do NOT waste your money here.
ALESSIA_P, Feb 2024
An incredible trip to discover Morocco and its fantastic landscapes. Our fantastic driver Hassan and our guide Youssef, the best we could have had, with their spirit and passion for telling us about their land and their history, made us immerse ourselves in their stories and fully experience this fantastic land.
They will guide you from the breathtaking landscapes in the middle of the mountains to the small towns along the way until you reach the desert dunes, where you will be welcomed and made to feel at home.
A special thanks to them for always making us feel part of a big family, an experience you absolutely must have at least once in your life.
See you soon!
Thanks from the Italians,
Alessia and Iacopo!

Fantastic experience. Mohamed our guide and Driver Aziz were the best. The camp was beautiful. Prepare for lots of driving but it’s all worth it. I love that we stopped a lot along the way to grab snacks and have bathroom breaks.

What an amazing experience!
We enjoyed every bit of the trip with the highlight being the desert. Thanks to the flexibility of the tour we managed to try out everything - we rode quads through the dunes, watched the sunset on top of a dune, did sandboarding, rode camels and had a blast with the people at the camp that played some traditional music. The camp itself had everything one could need.
The journey is a long one but broken down into two days you get to take it easy (with many frequent stops) and enjoy the landscapes on the way leading up to the desert. Aït Benhaddou is a must-see.
Our driver Aziz was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable at all times.

It was a lovely experience! We got to lunch at local places with very cheap prices, we went to ride the camels and sandboard, we went to sleep in tents in the desert and we made a lot of stops during the trip to do some sightseeing. It was absolutely wonderful! The chauffeur and guide are super lovely and give a lot of interesting explanations. :) thanks for the wonderful experience!

My sisters and I booked this tour for a small trip in the desert and we had the best time. Thanks to Youssef and Ibrahim, the perfect duo. Both of them made sure everyone was doing well and enjoyed themselves . we had a group mixed of Spanish, Portuguese, English and Arab speakers and Youssef was able to communicate effectively with everyone. Youssef our guide took the time to sit and spoke to everyone. Youssef and Ibrahim had great knowledge about the history of the areas we visited and shared stories and advice's throughout this journey. Most importantly, Youssef and Ibrahim made us feel safe the whole trip.
Special mention to Ibrahim for his excellent driving skills, and musical talent.

Highly recommended. It was a great experience, and very good value for money. The tour guide spoke good English and gave us a brief explanation of the places we were driving to etc. on the first day, we stopped at very interesting places. whilst very touristy, they were interesting. we stopped at a shop which makes and sells argan oil and they gave us a brief explanation on how it's made etc. the tour guide was also very accommodating - allowing us to make a brief stop here and there if anyone required etc. The night spent in the desert was amazing. Food there was really good, and the tents were really nice. we went sandboarding and did a camel ride which were both fun. It was also wonderful to see the stars at night in the desert. Went driving back to Marrakech, they also made an effort to drop us off at the closest place they could to our individual hotels.
My only negative point is the restaurants. The restaurants they took us to where not only expensive for Morocco, but also very touristy and most of them did not seem clean at all. A more colloquial lunch restaurant experience would have made this a 5 star review.

The experience is a 10/10. We stayed in Marrakech 2 days and this three day trip has been intense with many hours of driving, but super nice, we have seen the interior of Morocco almost reaching the border and it has been a real experience. Omar is the best h has made everything very enjoyable. In the desert you are only a few hours, but they are worth it.

It really is an unmissable experience, I understand that it is a lot of travel to enjoy just a few hours the desert, but it is worth it! There were 6 of us and we went in a 9 van with 1 couple that we picked up before we started the trip. To give an opinion of this experience one always has to understand uqe is living within a different culture perhaps than one, where hotels are not great luxury and food is certainly something to try (if you don't like there are other options). During the outbound journey (approx 12 hours) several stops are made in very nice places and apart to eat and go to the bathroom, it becomes enjoyable, you have to put will otherwise it becomes a nuisance so many hours of car. The people are amazing, Hibraim (I think it is written like this) made us feel very comfortable and told us about their culture, in the Berbers we have danced and sung. You have to go open to understand and enjoy Moroccan culture!!!! The desert is beautiful, sunset sunrise...we sandboarded... we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for this beautiful adventure!!!

Awful food, super expensive aside 15 euros, for hard bread and eggs dipped in oil,
The supplier has been writing to me almost demanding that I write a review, he even sent me a picture of a comment from another traveler giving bad reviews thinking it was me to claim, and I told him that when my vacation was over he would write, but today he wrote me again and insisted, I feel upset by the supplier, another bad point is that he says that the camp is luxurious, and the food was horrible, they sell you a boat of expensive water and apart you have to pay 10 euros per person to have weather in your room, back from the desert to leave we were put in the box of a pick up truck and the driver came super fast, without any security, the only good thing of the tour were the two guides that touched me, the supplier, accommodation, food was not to my liking

Too many negative points: in my life I've eaten in more disgusting road joints, you can't even call it food,ñ, and you can't escape, they literally force you if or if and they don't even let you get up from the table, lest you escape, sheep is little, bad concerted menus at 12 and 15 euros per head plus drinks, considering that in Marrakech you eat for 10 euros per head in the best tourist sites in the central square, real good food, local and international because we stayed 4 days before the tour and everywhere we ate very well and at that price.
Second very important point they sell you a “luxury” tour, the first night in a road Riyadh that looks like a horror movie, I attach photos for you to see it really, not a military camp has those bathrooms, besides very rude in that hotel. And in the Haima camp the sink is made of plastic and if you look under the bed you are scared of the dirt that is there, even there are cat poops and some other animals, it is super authentic but it should be clean.
Keep in mind that they take money every stop for three days, everything is extra and paying, concerted stops at all times, argan oil, drinks, alcoholic beverages also at high price and as if we were addicts-perhaps so that with alcohol you do not hear anything-, I wish from the beginning you paid an all inclusive, because it is very very unpleasant, and you can not escape.
Two days before we did another trip with quad and camel and it cost 17 euros per head with transport, very good dinner with water included and with dance and show, here to go on quad you get 30 euros extra per person quad of two and 40 quad single, and if you want air conditioning in the haima also 10 euros per head, it is the same as you are five or two people, 10 per head for cooling the same space.
The good:
The transport and the guide very well, Hamid very friendly, two days take you to a pool that are grateful in these temperatures and thanks to this tour you have the possibility to see the best things of Morocco other than the city, quad, camel, sunset and sunrise in the middle of desert, music and good Mood, Dades Gorges, sand board, very nice villages and very authentic culture that perhaps for free you could not do so easily. If you match up with cool people, you'll laugh a lot about the situation.
If I repeated I would pay more for one with better and included meals or choice, and clean places.
