Great adventure but could use some tweaking to become even better!!

The tour guide was excellent and every tour activity was fantastic. However, the company is not responsive or available 24/7 as advertised. The number to call was not a working number. There were several things that should have been clearer to guests, like shorts, t-shirts and tank tops, even flip flops and bathing suits are suitable attire most of the time. For English there should be some one who speaks English from the beginning to the end. On the return trip no one directed us which boat to get on and it felt very awkward. The staff there spoke no English all the way back to the tour operation building. We still think with all things that could make the trip more appealing, it was an awesome adventure.
