We had a wonderful trip on the water with Alvaro! The weather wasn’t ideal but he still made the trip fun and worthwhile. The views of the Tramuntana Coast are stunning and only viewable from the water. The sailboat was comfortable and roomy enough for the five of us. Alvaro is friendly and funny, we enjoyed chatting and sharing stories. The boat came with a few drinks and snacks and we were able to bring anything additional we wanted. Highly recommend this trip!

My wife and I booked this as a private tour and it exceeded every expectation. Captain Al was fantastic from start to finish — extremely accommodating, friendly, and clearly passionate about the waters around Mallorca. He took us all over the coastline, pointing out great spots along the way, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
What really made the trip was Al’s personality — warm, easygoing, and genuinely fun to be around. It never felt like a standard tour; it felt like sailing with a friend who happened to know every inch of the island’s coast.
If you’re looking for a private sailing experience in Mallorca, book with Al. Highly recommend!
We found Alvaro and Sails up on Viator and we booked the four hour afternoon sail. It was spectacular! Al was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the boat is comfortable. He let us set the pace and destination. We have rented sail boats on numerous other trips and this experience exceeded our expectations.

We had a fabulous time on this pretty, well kept sail boat. Our captain, Alvarez, was very engaging and knowledgeable. He took us to beautiful remote coves where we anchored and could swim or paddle board if we chose to. The UNESCO protected coastline was pristine and beautiful! We had a wonderful experience and were happy we booked!

Our sailboat ride along the Tramuntana Coast, departing from the beautiful Port de Sóller, was an unforgettable highlight of our trip to Mallorca.
The scenery along the coast was absolutely breathtaking—rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and turquoise waters that looked like something out of a postcard.
The captain was clearly experienced and knowledgeable, offering insights into the region’s geography and history while effortlessly navigating the coastline. We felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Due to approaching weather, we moved up the sailing 1.5 days earlier. The waves were still approx 3ft, so a little choppy, but we were able to manage. The captain was still able to find 2 opportunities to swim in protected/secluded bays away from the waves.

Fantastic! Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Perfect for our family including our 3.5yr old. Alvaro was friendly and accomodating throughout the trip. We stopped at 2 swimming spots that were perfect and calm. The boat is comfortable and roomy. A 5 star experience.

The boat was beautiful! The views of the coast were spectacular!!! And while the water was a little too chilly for us to swim, there were ample opportunities had we chosen to do so!

Al was the best! So friendly and accommodating. We were able to bring our own food and drinks, and he had a paddle board and snorkel equipment for us! We swam in two different places, one being a really cool cave. We saw a ton of fish and it was such a great day! The boat was great, we were a group of 4 and it was comfortable for us all to sit in the shade in the back, or up front to sun bathe! If he wasn’t booked the rest of the week, we would book him again!
Great trip with Alvaro. Caves, cliff jumps, and spectacular scenes including sunset. Highly recommend!
