HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This boat ride was sold to me as an “Exclusive” boat ride and literally says it in the email after booking. I booked an exclusive, private tour under the guise that i could only have a certain amount of people. Then when trying to communicate via phone, and email, and the number they said i should use to communicate, i received general answers or no communication at all. There was no one to even meet us at the pier to tell us how to find the boat that wasn’t EXCLUSIVE!!!

Le site indique que l'activité est réservée à 15 personnes alors que nous étions le double sur le bateau. C'était donc impossible de tous s'allonger sur nos serviettes. Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas visiter la baie comme indiqué. Le repas n'était pas très bon. Note positive, le personne de bord était très sympa et a compris notre déception même s'il n etait pour rien dans la mauvaise description du site intermédiaire.
