Instructions regarding the meeting point were unclear and resulted in us missing the tour. The ‘entrance’ to the cathedral that they refer to wasn’t actually the working entrance ie. where you pay to enter. It was a historic entrance around the corner. Annoying!! Even more annoying was the ‘support’ I received at the time from somebody who, instead of just telling me where the group was so that we could join it, spent a couple of hours semi-arguing with me about whether the tour was running or not. Unhelpful and annoying!!
