we reserved FOUR vans that seated 9 passengers each for our wedding guests. You sent multiple taxis instead and then charged our guests a fee for waiting...they couldn't find you because they were looking for vans!!! I was embarrassed for our guests. I gave them detailed information about the vans and you sent TAXIS.
