This was a terrific class. We got to visit the market and learned some interesting facts about Malaga. The guide was terrific! I wish we had done this earlier in the trip so we would know where the market was and how much great food was there. The chef that helped us cook our meal was knowledgeable and the food and drinks turned out delicious.

A must do!! Not only a paella cooking class! Other recipes, tastings and a visit to the market! Our guide and the chef treated us all like friends and by the end as we finished our incredible meal, we were family! Highly recommend.

The directions to the place were very poor. I ended up at a langerie shop. I almost missed the whole event. Luckily some one on the street was kind enough to call the chef and tell me where to go.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time. Our guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed visiting the market and the samples from the different vendors. It was a fun experience cooking our meal and then enjoying it together. The kitchen was professional and the atmosphere was laid back. Very good cooking class, Alba had everything perfectly prepared, great explanations during the preparation, were all well integrated. From the olive oil tasting to the sangria production to the preparation of the paella, everything was perfectly coordinated and then everything was very tasty. Will also prepare many things at home.
