Fun and worth doing

Fun tour but could be improved a bit. First, there was an issue with this booking. When I arrived, they said there was no e-bike tour planned for the time slot I had booked. I found that odd because I booked through this platform and it should be automated. But fortunately the company admitted the mistake was theirs, and offered me either a refund, or to re-assign me to a regular bike tour, which has a similar itinerary but sees a bit less content, and to keep the e-bike (apparently using an e-bike on the regular bike tour is more expensive than what I paid). I took the latter option since I really wanted to bike around the city. The ride was so chill it didn't need an e-bike at all (I didn't need the boost modes at all, the city is very flat), but it was still a fun time. I had a tight deadline to get back to my cruise ship (which had modified their all-aboard times after I had booked this tour so I was a bit nervous at first), and our guide Jammal was very accommodating. He was very fun and charismatic as a guide and had lots of interesting tidbits about the city. I think the 30min stop at the plaza was unnecessary, though. It feels like we could have seen a lot more stuff if we hadn't stopped for so long. The ride wasn't long or tiring enough for such a long stop and people who want to go shopping, get a drink etc. can do that on their own time. I would suggest modifying the tour to remove that and instead include a shorter bathroom/water pause mid-way. Though not a perfect experience, I still enjoyed it and would happily recommend this tour. I had a good time and appreciate the solid customer service despite the booking errors on their end.

It was an awesome experience riding our e-bike through the streets of Malaga. Our tour was in Spanish with our guide Juan. Juan was very afable and knowledgeable. The thing that we enjoyed the most was the pride and enthusiasm Juan showed when sharing his city/country. It was great!!

Great way to see so much more of the city on a port stop. We also learned a lot of the history. Our tour guide, Jamel, was fantastic! Highly recommend. Wonderful new e bikes.

Worth the time - but improvements needed.

Overall our experience was really great. We saw some amazing parts of the city and the tour made us realize that Malaga should be in our list to come back to in the future. To provide some helpful feedback, it would have been great for our guide to provide a dedicated bathroom break. He never even mentioned this as an option. We were never provided with any bottled water despite the description stating that we would be provided water for the tour. Luckily I had brought my own but it would have been and should I have not brought down for myself and my husband. Finally, the streets can get very hectic and I felt that our guide lost track of those in our group in the back as we were often left behind at traffic lights and stops. My husband and I stayed towards the back to help another guest who was not as confident on the bike but that should not have been our problem but it ended up being our issue. Again, it was super enjoyable and we loved the city. But it could still be improved.
