Soaring above the ancient wonders of Luxor in a hot air balloon was truly magical. The breathtaking views and the serenity of the flight were incredible. And to top it off, the price were very reasonable."

The balloon ride itself was gorgeous. The operator was helpful. He made sure everyone to have the chance to see everything. The people on the land were lack of communication and made us stay on the ground longer than expected.

We were on time but need to waited for a family for more than 30 min on car. Then we need to wait further more upon arrival. The trip was relatively short and only around 20 min. It was just up and down with no long distance being traveled. On the way back we were taken to into a old and rundown vehicle back to the hotel. Price is acceptable if it is your first baloon trip. Otherwise think twice as it was quite disorganized. Think twice if you want to book a sunset trip because the waiting time might cost you the view of sunset

I have to say this review seems fake, especially since you mentioned a sunset balloon trip, which doesn’t even exist in Egypt! Our balloon rides are only at sunrise, so it’s quite puzzling to hear about a sunset experience. Now, let me address a few points if this review is indeed based on reality. You mentioned that you were on time, and we appreciate that, so kudos to you! As for waiting for the other family, yes, we do our best to accommodate all guests. It’s our duty not to leave anyone behind, even if someone is a bit late. We’ll wait as long as it doesn’t affect the scheduled takeoff time for other customers. We’re not in the business of abandoning people, after all! As for the trip lasting 20 minutes, well, that’s simply impossible! We are committed to giving our guests the full experience, and there’s no way a balloon ride would only last 20 minutes. If you can prove it, we’ll happily refund your money – but we’re confident it was longer than that. And regarding the “old and rundown vehicle” – we’ve been in the tourism business for a long time, and providing old vehicles to our customers is not our style. If there was any issue with the vehicle, why didn’t you speak up at the time? Something doesn’t quite add up. In conclusion, I have to say this review feels fake. but rest assured, we always strive to provide a quality experience for our customers. And just a reminder ; no sunset balloon rides in Egypt!

It was well organized. The balloon company that they are working with has done a great job. They picked us up with a minibus and a boat and served coffee, tea, and a donut. The balloon experience was awesome. The pilot explained the details of the flight. Very polite staff and pilot. They were 10-15 min. late for pick up but explained their confusion about the hostel’s location. Their apologies made me feel happy. There was no problem about the drop off. I strongly recommend this experience.

Loved every moment. Really an amazing experience. We received confirmation the night before, picked up promptly. Drove a short while, did a boat trip to cross the Nile with coffee/tea and cookies, another short drive and arrived to watch the balloons being fired up. Hopped into the balloon and floated over the Valley of the King's and saw the sunrise over the Nile. The groundcrew worked really hard running through the fields to ensure a soft landing. Back to the hotel. Still can't believe it was real, feels like a dream!!

We didn't have a hotel we stayed at where we could pick up and drop off on the site, so we negotiated to have them come to our hotel via WhatsApp. You have been very helpful. Hot air balloons are the best. Rides after sunrise don't allow you to see the sunrise above, but they do give you the benefit of seeing hot air balloons rising one after another from the ground. It was also a wonderful sight.
