We booked this private transfer for our journey from Luxor to Hurghada, including a planned stop to visit the Dendera Temple. The entire experience was excellent. We really enjoyed our ride with Hassan. He was very friendly, polite, and a responsible driver. He made sure to stop at the temple and allowed for brakes when necessary. If you need a ride Hassan is your guy.

Abusive company and you do not get what you pay for.

After booking, we were hopeful for a pleasant experience, however, we were met with issues right from the very start. The driver spoke no English whatsoever so communication was impossible. He also didn't get in touch to let us know pickup confirmation, time, etc until 11:30pm the night before. The driver also stopped on many occasions, for cigarettes, at a service station for his car to be serviced, almost hitting a member of staff on the way in through the exit, stopped from a drink for himself, delaying us massively. He was also driving erratically. He almost spun out of control when driving to Hurghada, so had to tell him to slow down. He was doing 169 at the time and lowered it to around 120 (speed limit) after being told. Also, on the tour it states we get refreshments but none where provided, and our stop at Dendara temple wasn't included despite us paying for this. We tried to question this but he kept telling us "no English" and just smiling. When we tried to contact the company, we were met with hostility and abuse. We had to cease contact, inform viator who asked for evidence, which we provided then they stepped in to tell the company not to contact us again. Viator absolutely saved us from this awful experience.

First driver came 15 min late with no comment. Then he headed to Hurghada and we noticed he was avoiding police check points so we ended driving around on dirt roads, spending an hour more. In the middle of the trip came another driver, he drove us to Hirghada but did not know the location of our hotel so he needed our phone and google maps to find it.
