Very poor.Cruise cancelled last minute with no explanation.

On the day of the cruise nobody arrived to collect us from our hotel.We were told we would be collected at 10.30am initially.After several messages we were told this had now changed to 1pm then at around 12.30pm we were informed our cruise had been cancelled.This left us with no accommodation for 2 nights and suddenly having to find an alternative way of travelling to Aswan.Very poor service & would not book this again.

False Advertising

I was SO EXCITED for this cruise! I was looking forward to sailing with a big view of the Nile. I booked my trip based on the pictures on their post. As you can see from the picture I provided, I paid and was confirmed for a queen bed with a large, sliding glass window with a floor-to-ceiling view of the Nile. HOWEVER, I was assigned a room with 2 twin beds and a small window with an opening that is about 2 feet by 3 feet. I was SO DISAPPOINTED! Before the ship sailed, I immediately showed my confirmation picture to the manager. With a nonchalant attitude, he told me that all of the windows on this ship were designed like that. Had I known that, I never would have booked this! This is blatant false advertising. I went back to my room to make notes for my online complaint. I started receiving messages from the manager stating that I did not specify the name of the ship when I booked. WHAT?! This is not an option. Also as a customer, how am I supposed to know the name of the ships that cruise the Nile. I booked the room that THEY advertised. Obviously from my confirmation, I booked a room with certain features and this company gave me something completely different and far inferior. By the time we set sail, a manager came to my room and offered me suite with a queen sized bed. Although I appreciate their attempt to make me feel better, the different room still had the same small window. When I return to Egypt and cruise the Nile, I will definitely be with a different company.
