    Orribile esperienza, chiedermo rimborsi

    Cancellata mongolfiera per maltempo,nessun rimborso. Sveglia alle 4.30 e scoperta cancellazione alle 6 già in barca. Da li abbandonati per 2 ore a noi stessi... Stanza ghiacciata Pochissima acqua calda Pagato wifi 20 euro per 4 giorni, per un giorno non funziona Bottiglia di vino a 17 euro imbevibile. Aceto puro. Dalla sera alla mattina nessuna novità sui tour. Vai a dormire senza sapere a che ora ti sveglieranno e dove andrai. Ti aggiungono tappe in più nei negozi per acquisti. Guida non in italiano come promesso e con poco inglese. Ci lasciava quasi sempre fuori dai monumenti e visitavamo in autonomia Palestra rotta, sia cyclette sia tapis. Piscina con acqua fredda, nessuno è mai entrato Idromassaggio freddo, idem come sopra. Sono solo specchietti per allodole Personale senza inglese e senza informazioni Tutti arrabbiati neri su questa crociera per il basso profilo anche se è descritta come Deluxe. Un Bell hotel e gli spostamenti a pagamento sarebbero costati meno e ci avrebbero soddisfatto molto di più.

    Franchement, je ne recommande pas vraiment... La communication est quasi inexistante avec des instructions non fournies ou seulement la veille avec découverte de l'organisation sur le tas. Par exemple, nous ne connaissions pas notre bateau de croisière, jusqu'au tout dernier moment, l'agence n'a pas du tout voulu nous le communiquer, préférant parler au chauffeur. Autre exemple, le programme des 2 derniers jours a été totalement modifié sans nous informer où tout le programme du dernier jour a été mis à l'avant dernier jour, ce qui a fait une journée trop surchargée. De plus, l'excursion en montgolfière étant annulée pour cause de météo (jusque là OK), aucun remboursement possible et aucune compensation sérieuse. L'agence nous a proposés une excursion de 4h en felouque+balade jardin botanique d'Aswan+visite mausolée Agha Khan qui aurait pu être sympa, et bien au final, nous n'avons eu que l'excursion en felouque de 45min. Avec un pourboire perçu par l'agence et non par le batelier... Et encore, l'entrée dans le site Abu Simbel devait être inclus (tel qu'écrit sur Viator), nous avons dû payer l'entrée malgré avoir appeler pour expliquer le problème, ce n'était le problème de personne. Autre problème, dans le bateau de croisière, nous étions dans un cabine situé juste à côté du moteur (bruits mais non génant pour dormir) mais comme la fenêtre ne se fermait que partiellement, nous sentions les fumées d'échappement. Pour finir sur les points négatifs, il est plutôt agaçant qu'on nous propose quasi systématiquement de quoi acheter auprès des commerçants dont il existe très vraisemblablement un partenariat avec l'agence ou le guide. Malgré tout, le reste de la croisière était sympa avec une bonne nourriture, les guides francophones étaient expérimentés, les chauffeurs fiables. On en gardera quand même des beaux souvenirs. Il s'agit plus un problème de l'agence Egypt VIP Tours, de leur organisation et de leur manque de professionnalisme que des prestataires mis en relation. Je pense qu'il faudrait mieux passer par une autre agence qui sera plus orienté vers la satisfaction de ses clients.

The inclusions displayed on the booking platform should correspond clearly with the service delivered, and any discrepancy must be investigated based on the booking details and the listing applicable at the time of reservation. We also regret the discomfort caused by the cabin window and the exposure to engine fumes. While cruise cabin allocation and onboard maintenance involve the vessel's management, we understand that this affected your comfort and should have been addressed during your stay. Regarding shopping stops, we fully understand that repeated suggestions to visit local shops can become frustrating, particularly for guests who prefer to dedicate their time exclusively to historical and cultural visits. Your feedback on this point is valuable. We are genuinely sorry that our communication and coordination left you with such a negative impression of Egypt VIP Tours.
