The most disgusting excursion experience of my entire life. No one contacted us, even though I messaged them several times on the website and in messenger several days before the tour. On the day of the tour, when we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel, I started calling them, but they only answered once, asking me to send the booking number via messenger. After that, they stopped responding altogether, and no one ever came to pick us up. They even ended up giving my phone number to some other company, who started offering us their tours on other days.
