I had a fantastic time with this boat rental service. Mr. Pier, the service provider, was incredibly kind, helpful, and cooperative throughout the entire process. The boat was in great condition, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable day on the lake!

It was the worst organized event I have experienced. Viator told us where the dock was in COMO to get the rental boat. When we arrived, we were told the dock had moved 20 minutes down the road. When we arrived there, we were told the rental boat operator had moved location about a 45 minutes drive away. To get to this location, which is very hard to find, you have to drive an extremely narrow and curvy path down to their dock on Lake Como. So narrow, the rental car was scratched by a bolder on the path. This will cost me money when I return the rental car. Viator should not work with this boat rental operator. By using this operator, Viator is endangering its customers.

Mi dispiace che l’esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle vostre aspettative. Ricordo che avete prenotato con 1 anno di anticipo l’esperienza e non avete avuto nessuna premura di contattarmi; tuttavia, vi abbiamo contattato noi più volte partendo dal giorno precedente all’esperienza senza ricevere alcun riscontro da parte vostra. Il cambio-punto d’incontro non è a causa nostra ma disposizioni del Sindaco di Como e sapendo ciò, vi contattiamo in anticipo per trovare il punto d’incontro più comodo e vicino a voi. Vi siete presentati il giorno del tour con minuti di ritardo in un posto che avete deciso voi da soli e tra l’altro non mi avete avvertito voi ma un amico/operatore che ha controllato la prenotazione sul vostro telefono per puro caso.
Avrei dovuto incassare la prenotazione senza darvi la barca a causa del vostro ritardo, luogo sbagliato e mancato interesse nel rispetto delle regole per una corretta esecuzione dell’esperienza, invece vi ho indirizzati al punto più vicino a voi con un collega che vi ha aspettato per 2 ore (perdendo altre prenotazioni) per farvi avere la barca ugualmente e alle condizioni pattuite. Abbiamo fatto più di quanto ci sarebbe spettato da fare in qualità di activity provider
Non siamo responsabili di ciò che succede al di fuori dell’esperienza sulla barca nè di com’è stata costruita la carreggiata per le automobili quindi non vedo come possiamo essere noi colpevoli se voi avete danneggiato l’auto. Dispiace per l’accaduto.

We had the most amazing experience renting a boat with Pier on Lake Como. As someone who had never driven a boat before, I was a little nervous about navigating such a beautiful but busy lake, especially with my family on board. But Pier made everything feel so easy, safe, and enjoyable.
His communication was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly reassuring. His clear and easy-to-understand guidance on the navigation rules gave me the confidence to take the wheel and enjoy our very first family boat ride.
The highlight for my two daughters was having their first-ever open-water swim in the beautiful waters of Lake Como. Seeing their excitement and happiness made the experience even more special, and it is a memory our family will never forget.
Pier’s guidance, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. What initially felt a little intimidating became one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We felt safe, relaxed, and free to enjoy the incredible beauty of Lake Como.

We had such great fun, easily the best holiday experience if going with friends. Pier Luigi gave us a great briefing on how to handle the boat and managed our reservation very well, also with communication over Whatsapp etc. Next time we would definately book it for 4 hours.
Our group rented the boat for 4 hours and had 4 passengers. Upon arrival, Pier welcomed us onto the boat and shared all the rules for the boat and the lake. We were “pulled over” by the police for a routine inspection and Pier extended our time to allow us the full 4 hours on the boat. Pier was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this boat rental!

Amazing day on the lake! Boat had Bluetooth so was playing all our favourite songs whilst site seeing! Had for three hours and got up past Torno! Plenty of time. It was just the best.

It was a wonderful trip, and the guide (pier ) was cooperative, energetic, and explained all the instructions and safety guidelines very professionally.
Amazing boat cruise! Loved to pilot the boat myself. Great views along the lake coast. Also, the host was very friendly, explained everything well, and overall made the experience better.
Had a great hour on the lake, the owner met us by the pier and gave instructions before we headed out on the water. The boat was in good condition and the price was excellent for hire in the centre of Como. Definitely recommend

We hired a boat with Piere on Saturday, and we was running a little late but Piere kindly had no issue with delaying our trip by half an hour so we could make our trip on time!
Piere was super lovely and very easy to contact and provided more than enough information about the boat and how to run on our own!!!

We booked an hour and it was amazing ,obviously didn’t get that far up the lake but wasn’t expecting to. you’d need a good 3/4 hours at least to get further up. Boat was gorgeous. Pier was amazing he texted before to meet us and tell us how the boat worked and also gave us an extra 15 minutes due to weather conditions and having to go a bit slower, which I thought was really considerate. Great experience definitely worth doing it even if you only do an hour.
Fab experience, driving around Lake Como. Would 100% recommend, all communication was done via What’s App. Boat arrived on time. Great instructions from Pier on how to use the boat and how navigate the lake. It can get choppy when bigger boats go past, but it’s fun 😎😎
The best thing I did in my como in my short trip there rented a boat for 4 hours it worked amazingly and was able to go all the way up to Villa del Balbianello and back and have a little time to swim aswell and the people who run the company are extremely helpful and nice people who make sure you understand everything before you go
We had an amazing time hiring a boat in Como! It was a perfect family activity – beautiful views, easy to manage, and so much fun. The host was really friendly and flexible, making sure we felt safe and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area with kids!

This was a great excursion. We rented a boat for two hours to tour Lake Como, with Breva Boat Tours Como. We met Pier at the side of the harbour, and he gave us all the instructions we needed. The boat was clean and in good working order. Pier gave us the location of a place we could swim which was fantastic. Lake Como is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this if you want a private boat for a few hours.
Beautiful experience! To avoid feeling rushed we probably should have rented four hours instead of three for travel time to see Villa Balbienello. There was more boat traffic than we expected but it’s still the high season, which made the water a bit choppy. Pierre was our representative from the boating operation and he did an excellent job. He explained everything in English very well & was extremely responsive on What’s App.
It was our first time driving a boat, but Pier explained everything very professionally and easily, and helped us become confident drivers. It was the best experience I had in Como and I will definitely do it again when i return. Than you Pier!

This has been one of our best experiences so far at Lake Como. We hired the boat for 3 hours, which flew by. There was great communication leading up to the experience. On arrival he had someone waiting for us whilst he helped the previous people off the boat. Then showed us around the harbour, initially explaining the rules of the lake then of the boat. Pier messaged us 2 suggestions of beautiful and peaceful spots which we could swim in. A fantastic day for our family (3 teenagers). We would definitely do it again.
