The ride was primarily uncomfortable due to them booking to capacity, leaving minimal space for leg room, especially if you have a backpack or any other personal items. It was also a 6+ hour ride in this discomfort. Things to consider.

And yes, with traffic in can be 6 hours or more sometimes for the trip depending on road conditions and traffic. We hope the remainder of your trip goes well. Thank you for the review.

Easy transfer to San Jose - on time and easy way to get there. Dropped us off at our hotel. There is a stop along the way so you get a chance to use a bathroom and purchase food for breakfast.

Exceptionally good journey in a well equipped, brand new minibus, with WiFi, USB-C charging ports, individually controlled air vents and lights. Arrived promptly and smoothly driven. Best shuttle journey we had in Costa Rica.

Shuttle showed up bang on time. Comfortable journey with a stop half way through. And we got to San Jose ahead of schedule!

It was a comfortable van, and the driver was excellent. We stopped about three hours into our journey for a twenty-minute bathroom and snack break. The van's wifi was available but super slow.
The company's website says this journey takes between 4-5 hours. With the current extensive road construction, it took six hours to get to San Jose Airport.
I would use this service again.
