Itinerary
Meet your guide on arrival at Limon cruise port around 8am or 9am (depending on cruise arrival time) and relax on the short drive to Brisas de la Jungla, a rainforest walk at the heart of the Cahuita National park.
On arrival, follow your guide on a short half-mile (1km) nature trail, where you’ll hopefully get chance to see Costa Rica’s famous red dart frog or spy adorable three-toed sloths hanging from the tree branches. The forest is also renowned for its beautiful flowers, including wild epiphytes, orchids and bromeliads, and diverse bird life including toucans, oropendola, tanagers, hummingbirds, kiskadees, and many more exotic species.
After leaving the rainforest, pay a visit to a local banana plantation, where you’ll have chance to watch the farmers hard at work in the fields and packing sheds, and learn more about one of Costa Rica’s most important exports.
At the end of the tour, return to Limon, where you’ll be dropped back at the port in time for your cruise departure.

Tour was more than I had expected and we were able to see a lot of sloths ,monkeys and birds, etc., etc. we had a great director JOSUE and the driver GEINER we’re a great team.

I did not go on this tour. Review is for Viator. I booked on line January 9, but changed my mind and called Viator and cancelled 2 days later. I booked a different tour for the same day with another tour company in Costa Rica. When I got back from South America on February 16, and I was able to retrieve my emails, I found that they had charged my credit card account $190 as a "no show" for the tour that I cancelled a month earlier. They "said" they had no record of my cancellation. [What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" Because i know that I am. They refuse to credit. BEWARE that they do this.

Thank you for specifying that the review is for Viator and not for our Greenway TOURS agency.
We receive all reservations and operate the tours.
In the case of cancellations, the client can do so directly in their personal Viator account 24 hours before the tour departure. When tours are canceled, our company receives a cancellation email and we delete the reservation without charge.
In your particular case, we never received your cancellation and that is why your name was on the passenger list. Our guide waited for you for 20 minutes and when you didn't show up, he started the tour and we marked it as a no show.
In the history of your reservation we did not find any previous cancellation. Our recommendation is that if you have to cancel a reservation, you do it directly from your account.
Unfortunately now you leave this bad review on our page, which affects our records.
