Nice guide but not well curated

The guide was really nice and friendly but we only at the end tried two local dishes and we expect a lot more in a food tour. He was new for that tour and it was not curated as usual in this type of tour. On the positive side the ceviche was really good.

This was a great way to spend a long layover in the Lima airport. Carlos picked us up, took us to a great market, and we tried more food than we eat! We learned a lot about the city of Lima as well as the country through Carlos
