What an experience! My daughter and I have always wanted to take a cooking class and this one did not disappoint. I cannot sing Beatrice’s praises enough. She was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, a great teacher and the best entertainer. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I cannot recommend this class enough. Memories for a lifetime. She’s such a gem!

My husband and I took the pasta making course with Bea and we had a wonderful time. Recipes were delicious and easy to prepare. I will definitely make the recipes again. Bea was welcoming and very friendly. We stayed talking with her after the course about the history of the recipes she gave us but she also provided great restaurants suggestions for our stay in Como. Thanks again Bea for the wonderful experience that you gave us!

Intimate cooking and cultural experience. Our chef made learning to make pasta easy while we still led most of the work so we can actually replicate on our own. We cooked in her apartment and the results were absolutely delicious. While menus change, we made tagliatelle with tomato confit sauce and ricotta and choice ravioli in sage butter sauce. We smiled the entire time.

Beatrix was wonderful! She invited us into her home and was very patient with us! The instructions were easy to follow, so we made 2 different pastas; then we had time for dinner and dessert. Not only was the class fun, but she gave us great suggestions for sites to see on the rest of our trip!

They cancelled 3 times last minute One of the things we were looking forward to on our trip to Italy was a cooking class. They kept on postponing it one day and another day and then another day until we were gone and we couldn’t possibly book any other cooking. Very unreliaby

Bea was fantastic. Alongside her, we made tagliatelle with freshly made tomato sauce and then ravioli with goat cheese & chives in a very light sauce of sage and butter. Some nice wine and cheese before we ate our self- prepared meal. Followed up with Bea’s homemade gelato. We were the only two in the class, held in her spotlessly clean home. Great fun. Highly recommended. Bea is very pleasant to be with and tells many fun stories. Nice evening on our first day in Como.

Amy was a great host and teacher. Very entertaining. The last time we were in Como Iwe took a cooking class but it was in a more industrial setting. This was an informal gathering of just a few friends and hosted in Amy's villa. We not only learned to make great pasta but we also learned a lot about the lake and the Como region. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beatrice is a wonderful teacher and very hands on. She was great at explaining the whole past making process and helping us follow the steps correctly. She’s very patient and knowledgeable. The class was in her home which made it feel very personal. She shared lots of information about local cuisine and her family traditions. We had a wonderful time making the past and enjoying the fruits of our labor. As we waited for the food to cook she prepared a delicious appetizer and to finish the evening she served homemade gelato. I would highly recommend booking this class with her!

This was a great experience! Was only 4 of us, which was nice! We got to try our hand at many different pasta shapes and different color pasta! Beatrice was a great host and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are in the como area!

Beatrice was super friendly and a very experienced teacher who spoke perfect English. We cooked two wonderful pasta dishes from scratch and was served a home made dessert to finish the night of. Also loved her cat (but something to consider if you have allergies).

Between the warm welcome by Beatriz and the wonderful array ingredients and specialities, we made two pasta dishes, ravioli and tagliatelle. Both would have fit the requirements of a vegetarian diet and both very simple to make. Beatriz made it easy to follow her instructions and go away feeling you too can be an Italian cook! .
