Chef Luigi (& wife Camilla) are an awesome couple with a fantastic restaurant & cooking class going on. Camilla was the sweetest person I’ve met!
The class was “hands on” ‘ a ton of fun! We made tri-colored pasta & panacotta! We also got a chance to eat our creations as well!
For our class - we got an embroidered apron & a small bottle of olive oil to keep!! The 4 hours flew by the group of eight was just the right size.
The chef & his kitchen staff are rockstars…. I’d do it again for sure!!
