Good experience overall, comfortable and operated as expected - took about 5 hours in total (longest portion was the drive from Arenal Lake to Monteverde)

Nice Alternative

It's a nice alternative to just taking a shuttle all the way. Beautiful views. A bit confusing when finding the correct shuttle after the boat ride. It would be helpful if vans had a step stool for getting in and out.
