We arrived at the airport and nobody from Costa Rica Shuttle group was present for pickup. An employee at the airport called the number on our voucher and there was no answer. We ended up having to find a taxi at the airport. The company never tried to reach out to me until after I contacted Viator for a refund which Viator rejected. Taxi service was very easy to get at the airport and had I known that from the start, I never would have risked losing my money to this company. They offered to pick up on the day we were leaving but why trust the company that wasn’t there for pickup? Hotel made great accommodations for us to return to the airport.

Me and my 3 kids took this transport from the airport to Fortuna, a three hour drive. Our first time in Costa Rica. Our driver was holding a sign for us at the airport, making it easy for us to find him. He drove thru the dark, rain, and fog with no problems. He spoke English, and was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend:)
