Totally disappointing

Do not be fooled by the itenary as it is not covered by the package price. Lunch is at your own costs. All entrance fees are paid by yourselves. The only good thing about this tour is the good customer service by Gus, everything else is a no-no. In addition to the above, I have originally booked and paid for 4 pax. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this was changed to 3 pax a month before the departure. They can tell you there is no cancellation fees here so 1 person’s fees are totally forfeited. So much for early booking where you can change in the last minute!!

Hello Sir, we have explained everything that what's include in the tour details. When you booked the tour before, the inclusive are Private car, Petrol, Driver, Parking Fees and Mineral Water. We have prepared it all. At that time, entrance fees and lunch aren't include in the price. We have updated our service now, the tour is included lunch and entrance fees to make sure that there's no mistake between customers and us. For everyone who want to book the tour, please read what's include and what's not include in the price so that there's no misunderstanding about the tour. Apologize from us Sir. Thank you. Wonderful Day Trip

We had a great day during our South Bali tour! This was the perfect tour for seeing more of the Jimbaran/Uluwatu area, and our driver was wonderful. With our groups’ time constraints, we weren’t able to spend an entire day on this tour but our driver ensured we had plenty of time to see everything while remaining flexible. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a bit more of the island.
