We had an amazing time with the best driver and guide Agus! He should be a professional photographer as well. The day was jam packed with lots to see in Nusa Penida. Agus did a great job getting us around those very narrow roads to our destinations and was a pleasure to have as company for the day! Would recommend!

This review is more about the company and less about the employees. Employee at Sunar port was very pleasant and was doing what he can. Note to people looking to book: the start time is at least one hour before start time. Yes - so for 8 am they want you to be there between 6:30-7am. That’s little aggressive. We arrived at 7:40 am but got placed in 8:30 boat which didn’t leave until 8:45-8:50. Our experience had to be shortened and rushed. In general, other than crystal beach you will not get to go down to the shore. These tours are “picture tours”. You will take pics from top of the stairs as the beaches are on cliff side. It’s beautiful beaches, but, you will only get 5-10 mins may be 15 and picture with the other crowd. Driver was very skilled and meant well - but he kept lowering the AC in the car and told us it can not be more than a certain point. We sweated throughout the journey and it gets HOT! Nusa Penida is beautiful, the drive is beautiful, but these 8 hour trips are no way to truly enjoy the island and what it has to offer. You should spend 2-3 days on the island to enjoy otherwise you are just rushing around in traffic for “pictures”. Many other tourists in the same boat.

before we start the trip, we already send you a message to try explain all the previously condition tour in nusapenida. the condition is true base on your experience. Nusa Penida very hot and The distance from the eastern destination to the western destination is quite far so we need a lot of time on the trip.

To be honest we were really disappointed with this decision to see Nusa Penida. We don’t understand the hype of the island honestly. The island is not nearly as beautiful as Bali because it is dry and desolate with a lot of dying undergrowth and trash everywhere. Very unlike the lush green and cleaner Bali.
Next, we were not informed that to see the various beaches that it would be a trek AND up and down fairly dangerous stairs that lack consistency. Some stair heights were 6-8” others were up to 2 feet or more!! I stated that I used a cane to walk and the tour company never said anything about the tour being handicapped unfriendly. You have to navigate over rocky terrain, steep inclines and declines. Finally, our driver spoke little English and couldn’t understand us or answer any of our questions. We learned nothing about the island or the 4 of the 6 beaches that we did visit. Very disappointed. Why pay for a tour where you learn nothing. We had a perfectly good driver in town who spoke English well who could have taken us for much cheaper and we would have learned all about the island and the beaches we saw and he would have warned us in advance of the walking and steep slopes and steps. Not happy about how Viator handled this tour by subbing it out.

Unfortunately the trip did not meet your expectations. We apologize if there is anything less pleasing during the trip. we realize that our driver can only speak a little English, this will be evaluated and improved again for the next trip.
Before we started the trip, we had already sent you a message to try to explain all the tourist conditions in nusapenida beforehand. those conditions are true based on your experience.
Nusa Penida only has a panoramic view from above, we have to go down the stairs to reach the beach and even then it takes a lot of time.
The distance from the east destination to the west destination is quite far so we need a lot of time on the way.
Therefore, to explore more of Nusa Penida, guests are expected to stay for minimum 2 - 3 days to cover everything. In addition to island tours, in Nusa Penida you can also do snorkeling / diving activities to meet manta fish and the iconic Mola-mola fish.

Great tour with a great tour guide. Everything was planned out well and I’d definitely recommend. I’d also recommend to make this more than a day trip so that you can really enjoy the island.
Loved the trip! Excellent communication from the beginning. The process from hotel pickup to the ferry to the island and back was so seamless! The driver on the island gave excellent recommendations and helped us plan our time efficiently to make sure we could see all the sights.
Do not book this tour. You'll just keep traveling in the car and visiting nothing. Driver will show two points and then cite shortage of time and skip the rest. Food is worse. Quarter plate of noodles

We realize that during the holiday season / high season in Bali a lot of tourists visit Nusa Penida and cause traffic jams and very crowded each of destination, this can disrupt travel and waste time. We apologize once again we can only get 2 destinations due to inadequate conditions.
The distance from the east destination to the west destination is quite long so we need a lot of time on the way.
Therefore, to explore more of Nusa Penida, guests are expected to stay for at least 2 - 3 days to cover everything. Besides island hopping, in Nusa Penida you can also do snorkeling/diving activities to meet the iconic manta fish and sunfish.

The tour started on time and we are super happy with tour agency and the guide who made it speacial for us. worth every penny.
Although the guide and driver was attentive and experienced the island attractions or photo opportunities were over crowded. The roads were crowded with everyone trying to get to the same place first. Adverage attraction at best.
Our trip was made extra special with the drivers who took us around on the island. We highly recommend this trip. The road to broken beach was actually broken! So get ready to off-road experience… heads up if you have motion sickness.

Love all the beaches we saw. The water colors were out of this world ranging from emerald, to turquoise to pure blue! The views were breathtaking. We are so happy with this full-day all-inclusive private tour with Penidago.
Stunning views, but I did not enjoy the experience. I thought these were location to actually go swimming. This more so to take pictures. The pictures are breathtaking, however not worth the time or money.

Such a fantastic tour!
I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beautiful beaches of West and East Nusa Penida.
The driver that picked us up at the hotel was lovely,as was the driver that met us on the other side at Nusa Penida.
He was very accommodating to where we wanted to stop,and even took some fabulous pictures of myself and my husband.
He went above and beyond to make our day that much more special.
I highly recommend this tour.
Smooth journey from being picked up at the hotel in Ubud, arrival at Nusa Pendia and back to Ubud. Both drivers very helpful and friendly, managed to see all the sites with time to spare to get the earlier boat back to Bali. Recommend ☺️
This trip was beyond our expectations because Made Jaya, our driver on the island was so sensitive to our needs. Although we were supposed to go to 5-7 stops it was a bit too vigorous with the intense heat and humidity for us to handle that itinerary. Made was more than willing to adjust per our request. And help us with the difficult parts of the walks out to the view points. His driving was totally remarkable on the smallest 2 car roads we had ever seen!
Made is also an excellent photographer! He goes to great lengths to get the best photos.
Our driver from hotel and back was also excellent. So sorry I have not included his name.

Loved diamond beach, our guide was extremely helpful and nice. It was a tough climb going down up and down but it was definitely worth it.
We stayed in Ubud.Tanu was our driver from Ubud to Sanur.He was polite and very good.But our driver/guide at Nusa Penida was Sadak.He was very rude,impatient.Would surely not recommend him to anyone.He was smoking through out which was very uncomfortable.

This was a nice tour overall. Our tour guide Agus was very nice and took nice pictures of us. The only pictures we didn’t like were at the tree house. They came out kinda dark. Agus took his own pictures with his own camera and he said he would send them to us. He never sent them, and when we reached out to him, he never responded.
We had an amazing time with the best driver and guide Agus! He should be a professional photographer as well. The day was jam packed with lots to see in Nusa Penida.
