The driver wasn’t there. I told them I was landing at 7pm and he didn’t walk up until 8pm. He didn’t have a sign with my name on it as promised and had to FaceTime me to find me. No one wants to come off an international flight and wait outside the airport hoping the ride would show up. There weren’t traffic issues. He was just late and unprepared.

It can be concerning going to a new country and not knowing your way around - for nominal prices you can have Adi on hand on WhatsApp and he or his team will take you and pick you up whenever and wherever you like. Adi can also help arrange daily itineraries to explore different places and sights. He’s just wonderful.

Adi was a really great driver and very knowledgeable about where to go in Bali. My husband , brother, my elderly mother (who has had a stroke) and myself went on holiday for 10 days. Adis communication was excellent even before we left. We felt secure that it would be a hassle free pick up and he was true to his word.Adi supplies fresh bottled water for everyone, which you definitely need after coming out of the airport. As we were staying at a private villa, we needed to get supplies, which was not a problem to stop at a Mini mart on the way..Adi is wonderful for all your excursions, and if he cant personally do something, he is more than happy to arrange it for you. Adi was so informative, his English is superb and he has a great sense of humor, it felt like he was part of our family. My brother wanted to try some local street food , so Adi took us to a place which was delicious ( and no we didnt get sick) My mum was looked after so well and treated like a queen. If she was tired he would sit and talk with her while the rest of us walked around , or he would let her use his arm for support for walking and going up and down stairs.Adi is definitely your go to man, he is also very very reasonable with his pricing. Highly recommend. Can't wait to see him again next year..

helped me plan a surprise birthday dinner on beeach for my husband night one!! He arranged a beautiful 2 hour couples massage and had “Happy Birthday Husband ” spelled out in rose petals when we walked into our massage room It was so thoughtful, and unforgettable.
One of the most magical moments was during our jungle ATV ride through caves. At the end of the last one, Adi had coordinated birthday decorations, confetti, and a birthday cake waiting for Derrick. We were speechless!
He’s not just a driver he’s a guide, a coordinator, and someone who truly cares about his clients. If you’re planning a trip to Bali, do yourself a favor and book Adi. He made our trip absolutely unforgettable, and we’ll forever be grateful.

We first booked an airport transfer with Adi using Viator from Sydney prior to our departure. Three days after arriving in Bali, Adi took us on a tour of Southern Bali. That tour had lots of little extras. Today is our last day in Bali and whilst Adi has been unable to personally take us to the airport, he has made arrangements for us.

Komang was awesome! I booked for 1hr 45min after my plane was scheduled to arrive thinking it would take long to collect bags and clear customs. My flight landed. 45 minutes early and customs took less than 5 minutes. Komang tracked my flight and was waiting for me at the meeting point when I walked out. Excellent service, smooth air conditioned ride. He was also very friendly, I highly recommend him.

We are extremely disapointed - nobody turned up i Denpasar airport!!
We waited 45 minutes - went through the Long Line of drivers with namesigns 6-7 times no driver for us!!
What are Viator going to do about it??
It is impossible to contact Viator neither by phone nor by e-mail.
But the paiment are no problem for them to achieve.
I have paid for something I did not get.
