We provide a pickup drop-off back from your hotel as long as you are in the main pickup areas of Kuta, Denpasar, Seminyak, Legian, Kerobokan, Umalas, Sanur, Tanjung benoa, Uluwatu, Bingin, Ungasan, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua. If you are outside of these areas in Canggu & Ubud Center will charge extra IDR250K per car NOT per person. ----------------------------------------------- Here is your tour itinerary: 14:30 – 15:30 PM: Pick-up from your hotel (exact time depends on your location) 16:00 - 16:30 PM: Visit to a coffee plantation (optional, can be skipped) 16:45 - 17:15 PM: Explore the Uluwatu Temple area 17:30 - 17:45 PM: Enter the amphitheater to get the best seats 18:00 PM: First Show Kecak Fire Dance performance begins (enjoy the show with sunset views) 19:00 PM: Show ends and return transfer to your hotel. Excellent experience while in Bali! Dharma was a great driver and tour guide. He picked us up on time and explained the heritage and religion of the Balinese people in-depth. He managed everything seamlessly for us, from parking, to the tickets, to seeing the temple and keeping the monkeys away. Follow dircetons...do not wear hats or glasses and keep you cell phone away. The show was amazing. Dharma was able to get is into the first show, which was great with the sunset in the background. He quickly go4 us out of the traffic jam with both people and cars/busses. The tour description needs a bit of clarification. Due to horrendous traffic issues there is a two hour drive each way. The Temple is not all that interesting and visitors need to climb up and down about 50 steep steps with minimal handrails. Not suitable for mobility restricted. You are not allowed into the inner sanctum of the Temple, only the outside galleries. Views of the Uluwatu cliffs are spectacular from the temple and worth the look. The Temple is occupied by a number of wild monkies which harass visitors. While the guides make visitors aware the monkies still steal mobile phones, sunglasses and hats. It is recommended to secure all loose items in deep pockets or zipped bags. The dance is held in an open purpose built arena. The program gets you to the location 90 minutes before the show starts. People queue early to get a good seat but then had to sit in the hot sun for over an hour. Photos of the sunset behind the statues iare very impressive. The actual show is very slick and well produced. It runs for a bit under an hour. At the end of the show a thousand people all head for the car park, in the dark and at the same time. Remember to leave your temple sarong in the bin on the way out. The car park is jammed for well over an hour. The program suggests getting dinner on the way home. You won’t be near Jimbaran or Kuta until 8:30 and the drivers don’t really feel like doing a dinner stop after 90 mins in the dark dodging mad scooters with no lights. Dinner at the hotel would seem to be a more comfortable option. The tour is recommended with the listed caveats. This event is only seen in Bali.

We had a wonderful guide Surya to navigate us through the temple and keep those cheeky monkeys at a safe distance. We did the tour at 5 pm before the first showing and it was VERY HOT. Be prepared. The fire dance was a great performance.

Great tour and well worth the money. Our guide Yudie was fantastic. Fending off the monkies, taking some great pictures and videos, and helping with mums wheelchair at the temple.
Be great if offered a non seafood option for a meal.
Only negative would be wheelchair access. Description said wheelchair accessable, which was for the fire dance but not for much was accessable of the temple.

A great way experience the temple and immerse into the culture with the Keack dance! The food was also 10/10, and was lovely to visit Jimbaran Bay and have dinner on the beach, recommend to include when booking.

Deffinetly recommend this experience, our driver Surya was amazing, so friendly and helpful especially with the monkeys at the temple. Got us great seats for the dance performance and dinner on the beach was a magical way to end the day, even got live singers performing for us and fireworks.

I had an amazing and very knowledgeable guide Dharma who basically made the whole experience very smooth, enjoyable and unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in the culture and religion of Bali.
The only point I didn’t really like about the tour (but it’s not about the guide, more about the tour arrangement managers) is — When I booked the tour and chose my pick up point (I stay in Conggu) it showed the normal price, but after I booked and paid, the manager said I have to pay extra 250k for the pick up bc my area is too far. This info was not stated while booking the tour, and I assume it can confuse many tourists. Be careful

The Kecak fire dance is amazing! It's a spectacular setting and the performance is very engaging and interesting. Do look out for the monkeys who will steal your glasses and cellphone. Our guide, Dharma, tried hard to look out for us and keep the monkeys away and he made sure that we had good seats and a bottle of water for the show.

Our guide Dharma was very prompt and easy to find. He was very knowledgeable about Uluwatu temple and explained a lot about the Hindu religion. The temple is perched on top of cliffs which makes for a dramatic location. There is not a lot to see of the temple and I’m sure most people were there just for the show. The fire dance was great fun and very interesting - a type of Balinese dance we had not seen before. The monkeys are a huge pest. Best not to wear glasses or overtly carry your phone or wear a cap as they are very quick to steal these items. It’s not a game! We saw several people lose these items and although they may have been retrieved by the rangers the glasses were often already damaged. Overall an interesting evening.

This excursion was absolutely amazing and so much fun. My tour guide, Yudi, made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about Indonesian history and culture. I learned so much throughout the day.
Yudi also knew all the best photo spots—and he didn’t just point them out, he took fantastic pictures and videos for me. (Side note: he makes really cool videos!)
The performance at Uluwatu Temple was spectacular and definitely a highlight of the trip. Since I was traveling solo, Yudi went above and beyond by helping me get around even after the tour ended. His support made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
I would absolutely do this excursion again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali.

Yudi was hands down one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He showed up early, ready to go, and from the very start he went above and beyond. Almost immediately he took the initiative to start taking photos — and wow… I’m so glad he did. He honestly has an eye like a professional photographer. He captured moments and angles I never could have, and I never even had to ask.
He showed me all the sites, explained everything clearly, and made the entire day feel effortless. He’s a very safe driver, extremely knowledgeable, and speaks great English, which made everything smooth and comfortable.
What really stood out was how thoughtful he was — he even went out of his way to take me for coffee, which turned into an amazing experience with Luwak coffee. That extra touch meant a lot and made the day feel personal, not just like a standard tour.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. Yudi doesn’t just guide you — he captures memories in a way that truly means something. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re lucky enough to book him, you’re in great hands.

The traffic can be quite busy, so it can take a while to get to however its worth the journey.
We stopped at a coffee plantation where they make Luwak Coffee. It was an interesting stop, they want to sell you coffee but they are not pushy about it and it seems good value.
The temple was pretty with Surya (our guide) telling us all of the history and showing us the best picture spots.
The fire dance is crowded and the seats are flat concrete which may be an issue for some people. The show was good, very different from anything we have seen before. It was entertaining and a very memorable experience.
The guide Surya was great at keeping the monkeys away. We saw them with sunglasses, waterbottles and other personal items so be careful they are cheeky!
100% recommended.

Our driver was Dharma and he did a great job walking us through the temple, explaining the religious practices and answering our questions. While being on monkey patrol! The show was great and the views even better and I’d highly recommend this experience with a guide like Dharma. We also did the dinner option and had a very nice seafood dinner on the beach.

The temple at Ulawatu was beautiful, the location stunning. We enjoyed very much our guide who really knew his stuff! He began giving us information from the moment he picked us up. The luwek coffee place is better than it sounds, we enjoyed it a lot on the way to the temple. But the main highlight was the dancing show! We enjoyed it immensely, very entertaining and despite it being crowded and hard seating we didn't mind because it's a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend Dharma as a guide, he was great! And kept us entertained, informed and safe from the 'naughty monkeys' He also got us good seats for the show. He's definitely worth requesting if he's available!

Surya was our best driver! He was so friendly respectful and informative, his driving was excellent. Such a nice guy. We had a great day and saw a white monkey.
