We had an excellent time on our excursion and our guide was amazing. We booked pur excursion through Viator and ForeverVacation Bali, who operated our private tour, was terrific. They contacted us shortly after we made the booking with Viator, and were excellent at ensuring we had all the information we needed.
Our tour guide and driver, Verry, was wonderful! A terrific young man who drove us safely all around, for 12 hours to all the highlighted spots. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a wonderful host for our day.
Going to Gate of Heaven was a huge highlight, along with the waterfall, swing, rice fields and coffee plantation. He took pictures for us to ensure we could enjoy the moments rather than try to focus on getting pictures ourselves. It was fantastic and he got some amazing pictures.
This tour was truly an experience you don't want to miss. Originally we were supposed to be picked up at 6:00 am but they suggested 4:00 am so we could get to the Gate of Heaven early for tickets as it's gets very busy and hot. It was a 2 hour drive from our hotel, so we arrived around 5:45 am, got our tickets and went up the hill to enter. We were #36 for the main picture experience which was about a 90 minute wait to our number. Within an s short time, they were well over ticket #100 and a 4 hour wait, so we felt really fortunate we got there early.
Every place we went was just a great experience and fascinating. Honestly, one of the best excursions we've done in our travels. When we go back to Bali next year, we will be booking them again.
Viator also always comes through with great excursion operators that are trusted and reliable. We have used Viator many times for the last 12 years all over the world, and they are terrific. We've always had solid service and experiences with them and their tour operators.

Itinerary was sent with all the spots I wanted to go to but the tour guide did not take me to some of them. I was suppose to see the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, never went, also was suppose to go to Tukad Cepung Waterfall, but was taken to Goa Rojo waterfall and was suppose to see Uma Pakel Agro Tourism(swing and coffee plantation) and was taken to a different swing and a separate coffee plantation. I did not receive what I paid for. If something had changed after booking and paying I wish they would have told me as I booked for those locations states on the booking site. It was a little disappointing but I tried to make the best of it. I feel I should definitely receive some money back. The driver was very polite and would carry my phone and bag and take pictures.

Our guide Henny (sp is my best guess!) was very good. We had time constraints due to cruise ship departure schedule. He helped us personalize our destinations so we could see those most important to us. He took excellent pictures to share with us so we didn’t have to try and find the best locations for backgrounds and vistas. He was mindful of routes so we got to see smaller neighborhoods, and we always felt safe as we traveled. We were so appreciative that he helped us take advantage of itinerary options and never worry about getting back to the ship.

Wants to see in a little bit of time. It's definitely jampacked. We've loved our tour guides. I would say don't pay extra for the photographer because our pictures were better than theirs. He was super nice. Everything was great, but the pictures just were not as awesome as I thought they should've been. We ended up posting our own pictures versus theirs. . But again super great guy. They all were.

I absolutely loved this tour! The highlight was my tour guide - Wisnu. I have travelled all over the world and have used tour guides - Wisnu was the best! This tour was amazing.

Had an incredible experience seeing the temples, the water garden, rice terrace/swing the waterfalls and the coffee farm. Our guide went above and beyond, starting at 4am to beat the crowds at Lenpuyang Temple, taking fantastic photos and standing in the queue. He truly enjoyed showing the culture of Bali. Hands down, this was the best excursion I had during my trip to Bali! The team from Forever Vacations communicated with me via WhatsApp from the moment I booked. They were so incredibly helpful! Everything about the tour was perfect and the guide, photographer, and assistant knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way. My guide/driver Yasa was incredible and knowledgeable! My photographer Gede took THE MOST STUNNING photos of me. I’m average looking at best, but the way he posed me and snapped the photos was unreal! My assistant Eka was so helpful, always taking photos with my own phone and carrying my bag and getting me drinks, etc. Just an amazing trio overall! The sites were phenomenal. I definitely recommend the 4am pickup because the line at Heavens Gate Temple is no joke. Also highly recommend doing the flying dress! I really can’t speak highly enough of this tour or this company. Anyone who goes to Bali will have amazing memories and amazing photos!!

This a a must do tour in Bali. From booking the tour to after our tour had completed, the office staff communicated with us, the correct details timing etc, very professionally and efficiently.

We had a great time with Buddy who recommended we go to a terraced rice plantation where I rented a fancy dress for a the swing ride. Because Buddy helped take photos of us, this turned out to be the best photo shoot my husband and I have ever had! We also enjoyed the buffet lunch at the same place as the food was excellent! Buddy also took us to the Gate of Heaven and again we came away with some awesome photos with great poses as he is very helpful in doing that. We just had the best time that day enjoying all the sites we visited and all the amazing photos we were left with!!

Our guide and driver was Beni who was absolutely lovely. Beni arrived as planned and even had water and cake for us as a midmorning snack. Even though we didnt book a photographer, Beni offered to take photos and videos throughout which we were really pleased with. Our guide, Aprio, and our photographer, Nova, were truly exceptional. From the 3 am hotel pickup until the end of the day, they brought incredible energy and professionalism.

• Nova was amazing—full of energy, fun to be around, and incredibly talented. He took stunning photos and videos, edited more than we expected, and delivered them promptly. His work really captured the magic of our honeymoon.
Lunch Experience
The team went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the day. However, the lunch option felt a bit limited in terms of variety, and I think it would be great if travelers were asked about their preferred type of cuisine or specific restaurant preferences in the area. This would add an extra personal touch to the experience!
Overall Experience
This tour was easily the highlight of our entire trip. Everything was well-organized, communication was clear, and our guides made the experience not just smooth, but genuinely fun and memorable. Since returning to Cape Town, we’ve been telling everyone about the ForeverVacation team—Aprio and Nova were absolutely amazing!

You don’t need to be an influencer to enjoy this private Instagram tour of Bali. As a solo women traveler I found this to be a great introduction to Bali whilst seeing a lot of of the most famous sites in Bali in one day. Agus my tour guide-driver was the best; friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and highly skilled at navigating both the venues and the roads… And he took awesome photos as well ! All I had to do was sit back, relax and enjoy the tour. Highly recommend Agus, Viator and this tour. Deirdre

What a great day! Turah and Jay were exceptional. They made sure the whole day went as expected. For us it turned out better than expected. Adding a private photographer to our tour was the best decision. Jay was easy to work with and the photos turned out really professional. What a nice change from the normal vacation selfies. Turah was a wonderful driver. We would highly recommend this tour and both of our guides. They are a combination that can’t go wrong. Don’t miss out on this Bali day trip experience.

From Pick up to drop off it was a wonderful experience. Our driver/tour guide was so knowledgeable and patient. The sights were great a little overrated but still worth seeing. The temple gave a lot more than I anticipated.

Wayne and Adi did a great tour. Personable, adapting the experience to requirements, with a healthy dose of historic perspective on Bali, coupled with some great photos at unique moments.
They ensured enough time in all places, the tour did not feel rushed and covered a lot by starting early and getting through the various points.
Provided a good laugh along the way and with an ankle injury, were able to take it slow to allow me to still enjoy the tour but go at a more careful pace for all the walking.

This tour involves going to the most popular photo opportunity destinations in Bali. Patience is needed as there tons of tourists wanting to go to the same places — add to that the travel between places.
This tour was truly amazing from start to finish! Everything was thoughtfully planned and ran so smoothly.
