It's good that it's customizable so we were able to make our itinerary with no problems. The driver would always let us know the tickets price when pulling up to the attractions and that helped also

Good driver. Bring us to the destination and wait for us. Didn't talk much, just do his job. Good. We don't like to chit chat, so is good to keep silent give us peaceful journey.

Driver took us to the sites with his contact and charged us way more than the fair price. The trip ended at 6:30pm, which is 2 hours before our booked session (8:30am - 8:30pm), and after the driver was left we realized our phone was left on the car. We kept calling his number and he keeps ignoring or hanging up. We finally reached him and he refused to send it back, although it was only 7:30, we had to pay our hotel staff to help pick it up from the driver's home. Tried contacting the Bali Cab and there was no response at all.

Last minute surprise extra charge!

The day before the tour, I was surprised by the operator's msg, claiming that I would need to charge extra travel for the distance from my hotel. Although I understood that longer distance increases the cost per operator, on the tour page it was not stated that the region of my hotel would give an additional charge. Qie was cleverly informed only the day before, when it is no longer possible free cancellation. Even I have informed my hotel well in advance, months. The operator was irreducible in the sense of not carrying out the additional charge and canceling at no cost, even with the intercession of Viator. Which demonstrates the bad faith and lack of professionalism and the duty to inform. Then the operator sent me prints with information that I did not find on my ticket or on their page. Probably extracted from another website they sell or added later. Fortunately, Viator, acting fairly and with respect to the customer, announced that it would reimburse the amount. Still, the operator came to my hotel the morning of the tour, but I refused to take the tour. I did the same tour by other means. Therefore, I recommend looking for more professional and more transparent operators when coming to Bali, to avoid trouble and embarrassment in the middle of a beautiful trip. Viator is full of them and I myself hired others through this same channel, having had great experiences.
