    • The single-day pass grants you access to the park for the entire day, allowing you to maximize your fun-filled experience.
    • Gazebo rental not included.
    • Waterbom Bali offers free parking to customers. The parking lot has a large capacity and there is a concierge to assist customers.

    Took my money, but cancelled the tickets

    Booked tickets for a specific date, got an email and app confirmation. Then WhatsApp’ed to say date not available. I messaged back to say I couldn’t do another date. No response to that and the money still taken. Now trying to get money back from the credit card company
