Great view and a few places at the bottom to grab ice cream and souvenirs. Bit difficult to call a taxi when leaving, only thing to note.

The KL tower was good but the way Viator advertised it was confusing. It was good to not have much crowd when we went.

Very dated, lack of direction, views great but I'm afraid far pasted it's sell by date..... note the top deck can close at a moment notice.... I booked with both viewing areas to be told the top viewing area was closed due to weather but was then reopened b4 I got to the lift

Good views of the city but dated observation platform. There were plenty of photo spots for group photos but not being managed by any of the staff.
No queue when we arrived and was easy to get the attraction tickets from the voucher we purchased. I would say it was overpriced for what we saw/did there and how long we went there.

I printed what I could but it was no ticket, red label directed us to pick up actual tickets at ticket office. WE DID NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM. We were standing there for 20 minutes and the ticket office still couldn’t find our tickets. It was a nightmare.

Hi Viator is a great service but the problem is KL tower they issue a ticket and expect you to wait 2 hrs for a picture.

The visit was perfect and I enjoyed very much with my family. Reached at 1100 and visited the tower. It was unfortunate that we could not enjoy the view due to haze and bad weather

The tower has a nice view , with the glass box for the pictures. There is usually a long queue but it was definitely worth it.

Our tour to this place was amazing considering it was just a walking distance from our hotel. I wonder if you could tell the administration on how they handle the shuttle. It would be best to have line to get in the shuttle to have an order.

we really enjoyed this experience and the wonderful views over the city. We had a sky deck ticket .The only problem we encountered was the qeues for the photos to be taken on the glass floor. Eventually we asked to pass through to the other side. If you want the photo be prepared for a long wait and if you don't want a photo be brave and ask to cross through to the far side. We got caught in a thunderstorm and had to retire to the enclosed deck. The view here are great too. Enjoy a coffee or a drink in the restaurant on the open deck.

It was really nice to see the city from so high above. When I arrived, I was prompted to purchase and additional pass to the open deck, which I had already purchased. I quickly redirected them and was given the appropriate tickets.

An enjoyable experience. Only change to recommend would be clarifying the additional cost to go to the lookout level. You need to go to the lookout level. The ticket being open-ended for the day makes it easier to suit your itinerary not have to rush to a deadline. The tower is better than the Petronas Twin Towers as there are a lot less people

Unfortunately the evening we did this tour there was a lot of low cloud/fog resulting in poor visibility. The glass boxes were fun, and a good opportunity for photos - only 3 people allowed at a time. There were photographers all over the tower - at the entry taking welcome photos and on each level. Some photos were able to be superimposed onto lovely backgrounds of the KL skyline and KL Tower. I would suggest taking the Hop on Hop off bus to the KL Tower, it would be a difficult walk with children. Overall the observation deck was OK, a little expensive for what you got.

Well worth the view, however if you are going to the revolving restaurant you don't need to buy this ticket as its incorporated in the price of eating. You do have to pay a bit extra to go on the sky deck though.

We couldn't go up the Petronas Towers, closed, so we went to KL Tower. Stunning scenery...going late afternoon to see the sunset over KL a MUST. A brilliant view of the Petronas Towers. Pay a little more to go to the Open Deck recommended, less crowded. A lovely outing.

highly recommend that you take a car or a taxi to the entrance of KL Tower. very good view of the city, lots of things to buy- cheaper to buy in the city or at Sentral Market.

The counter staff at first occasion was denying our entry with the booking slip provided by you they depend on other agent of different service provider on our repeated approach and suddenly one visitor with viator slip from Britain came to visit at the same time, we both claimed that our booking is through genuine agent and on repeated claim they ultimately allow us to visit . Please take proper steps so that in future no other person has to face such situation.
