Our brilliant guide Nishan collected us right in time and gave us some I formation about KL on our way to Batu Caves. When we arrived he took photos of us and gave us plenty of time to climb the steps and see the temple. Then on to Genting Highlands. Nishant gave us lots of info and then we had lots of time again to enjoy our visit.
The Batu Caves are worth doing, very interesting! And the steps aren’t so bad. Genting Highlands is a revelation- the cable car affords fab views even through mist. The Chinese Temple is a must. At the top we skipped the Casino and theme park, then came down and had food and did a little shopping. A great day out and good value. Thank you Nishant!

Exploring Hindu temple at Batu Case and highland resort on top of the mountain. It was a nice self tour with hotel picked up and return by private car. The driver explained well making the self tour worked well.

Great time spent with Vishnu, our driver and the tour guide. The tour gives adequate time in each stop to enjoy with family. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time.

Pickup wasn’t on time because of KL horrible traffic jam in morning but we could manage visiting both places . The driver Mr. John , was very professional & clear about the delay so it went well at the end of the day. If it’s your first time in KL I would suggest to do Batu Cave on another day since both places requires time.

Firstly, thank you to our driver Illyas who was patient with us all day, even when we were late.
Batu caves are worth the climb up the 272 steps, just to appreciate the whole place.
Then into the cable car to Gentling heights. We got there around 12:30pm and only waited about 5 mins. The views are out of this world. The journey takes approximately 15 mins, and is over before you know it.
The resort itself is mind blowing. The fact that your 6000ft up and there’s designer outlets, indoor theme park and numerous places to eat, just doesn’t compute.
The value for money of this trip was well worth it. If you wanted to do it yourself you could probably save a few pounds. However door to door service, a local driver who was more than happy to answer all our questions and the comfort of an air con 4x4. No brainer.

We really enjoyed the trip, the ever smiling driver/tour guide was all time ready to help us, had arrived little late but he made sure we were on time and he actually somehow gave us even more time to view and take pictures. We made it successfully to all stops and my wife and I were happy. He went out of his way as I requested him that I needed to do a little shopping. Thank you Mr Ramana.

Both Batu caves and Genting are worth visiting. Be it the temple within a natural cave or the cable car and resort high up in the mountains, it mesmerizes. The temple is serene, peaceful inside with many f&b options outside. The cable car is a must try for the excellent view and scenic surroundings. The facility is fantastic with excellent service. It is an engineering marvel. On top is the Skywards Resort, which was a surprise and a definite place to visit. We used Skyline Holidays who sent Visnu to take us on our tour. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient with us when we took our time exploring. His instructions were clear and suggestions excellent. For example, he suggested we visit the Chinese temple first before going to resort on the Genting cable car, as the temple can get crowded very fast. Excellent service!!

We had a wonderful experience with Raj. He went the extra mile by explaining the rich history and culture of Malaysia, as well as pointing out important places along the way. He was thoughtful and patient, even stopping at McDonald’s for a kids’ break and running over time without hesitation. Raj’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our trip truly memorable. Me and my husband have just spent an amazing day out. Our driver ILIYAS was well spoken told us a lot about the history and took us to the fabulous monuments . Ramana was a fantastic driver! Note that this is not a guided tour but the ideal way to explore Batu Caves and Genting at your own leisure with a driver that takes you to both locations. This is the best way to see Batu Caves & Genting as your driver leaves you to explore/shop etc on your own without a big group of people. Perfect!

An adventure of being in clouds with the cable car. The service is efficient however be prepared for long queues over weekends and holidays for the Genting Highlands cable car. I spent about 30 minutes following the queue on a Saturday. I was worth the wait. The Chinese temple is magnificent with amazing views of Genting town. There is also the outlet mall that’s a shoppers paradise for you to enjoy. The visit to Batu Caves requires some levels of fitness to climb the steep 272 stairs to the cave to visit the temple. There are many resting spots to pause as you climb if needed. It truly is worth a visit. The main temple has a further 40 to 50 small steps inside of the cave. The energy and vibration is compelling, I loved it. Wear comfy walking shoes and comfortable clothes for the trip. I can also recommend to do Batu Caves early in the morning to avoid the extreme heat and humidity. 🥳🥳🥳

Our guide helpful, we enjoyed our day. At the top of the skyway, we had a nice lunch in the Plaza.
Just be weary at the Batu Caves that the monkeys don't hop onto your backpack when walking up the steps.

The pictures show a glass bottom cable car, but that is not what you are going to get a ticket for. The chin swee temple was nice. The shopping center was cool. Overall I would recommend just getting a taxi and save yourself some money.

Thanks for effort to leave review to us madam, There will be much complicated to do by the taxi services because they don't guide and they wont stop at the other attraction , they price will be higher if want to stop at other attraction if use taxi. Nice tour. Ilyas helped us with some picture taking at the caves. If you have kids you want to take a full day tour of the highlands since there is much to do up there. This was not a guided tour which was ok for us--just setting expectations.
