Great experience a must do. The views are amazing and if you manage to go during a thunderstorm, even better. The only problem we had was finding how to get in there. Everyone we asked didn’t know! Luckily we went on a trip the day before and he told us what to do. Definitely go but make sure you know how to get there before your allotted time

Good experience. My slot was due at 4pm but I went earlier in the hope I couple do the tour. It turned out this was ok. I had to wait a short while but I was able to bring my tour forward by a few hrs

Amazing time spent at Petronas Twin Towers. Best time to go is in the late afternoon, around 3:30 or 4:00 pm. Beautiful city and backdrop. Only issue was the booking. I booked a time slot and they unilaterally changed it without telling me. Then I had to correct it. Then they delivered the ticket to my hotel and I noticed the time was changed again. I went during the time slot I wanted and they accommodated my request. Just triple check your time is correct. Otherwise the experience is amazing!

Had a lot of issues with the vendor themselves, payed for an e-ticket which they did not have. They were supposed to deliver a physical ticket to the hotel and failed. Ended up getting the ticket on site before the scheduled time which was exactly what I was trying to avoid with an e-ticket. The tour itself was fine, avoid this group when buying the tickets and hopefully have a better experience than me.

Ho acquistato i biglietti una settimana prima per essere sicuro di avere accesso alle Petronas Tower nell'unico giorno per me possibile, pago, ricevo conferma e mi viene detto che evrei ricevuto i biglietti il giorno stesso presso il mio hotel. Per farla breve biglietti mai arrivati e dopo varie chiamate e chat al customer service Viator e direttamente al tour operator mi viene detto che avrò il rimborso (che al momento sto ancora aspettando)
