Make your way to the towers on your own, then walk right past the long lines for purchasing tickets to the Observation Deck. Board an elevator for the smooth trip to the 86th floor, where panoramic windows offer an unmatched perspective on Kuala Lumpur. The Petronas Twin Towers were once the highest skyscrapers in the world, and their elegant profile has become an icon of Kuala Lumpur, stretching to 1,483 feet (452 meters).

You need to make sure you arrive at least 15 mins before your time slot. It’s an amazing experience, we went in the evening when the towers were lit up and I would strongly recommend doing that. Definitely a highlight of our trip to KL.

Dissappointing / scamming

The tower is nice to see but for this outragous prise it is not worth it. We also went to the coffee shop and half of the menu was not available, we ended up sharing a bottle of water. Also we bought a "skip the line" tickets but according to the staff they do not have any such tickets. So, the question is why Viator sells "skip the line tickets" at a higher price ??? Well, we will not use their service in the future, that is for sure.

Petronas Towers are GREAT, but, there is no such thing as a skip the line ticket, you have to queue up like everybody else so you might just as well buy your tickets on site, cheaper!!

Also we informed to you :Visitors are required to be at the entry point 15-30 minutes before the visiting time, as all visitors are required to queue for a security check before admission.

Be careful with the fact that some tours are non-refundable.

We got tickets for a particular day and time, to be advised after purchasing and paying for these tickets that these were then not available at the time I just bought. I advised them that another time that they suggested was not going to work for us as we were tourists and had other sights booked. Apparently I was not allowed a refund, this is outrageous. I know that it is stated on their website but to allow me to purchase then not have those times available and still not refund is very wrong.

From the minute i stepped in to Nathan’s car I knew it was going to be a good day. The air conditioning car was spotless. His knowledge about the history of the places we visited not to mention the history of Malaysia as a whole is amazing. He speaks with so much pride for his country. BATU Cave, Chinese temple, the Mosque, the batik art and the Klang River is a must do tour and I hope you’re lucky enough to have Nathan as your tour guide. 🙏🏽

I booked this trip through Viator with a company called YTS (who turned out to be in Thailand) I paid 80 usd for 2 persons. I had numerous messages with YTS and Viator to try and get our tickets. I booked for January 18th and received tickets for Jan 15th (we hadn’t got to KL on that date. We were given a phone no trying. The hotel in KL rang and the guy didn’t know anything about us booking tickets. The Petronas towers wax fully booked as our hotel tried for us. I am hoping we get a refund. Very disappointing service.

Bad service. Over promise and under deliver

Worst experience ever. 1. Only got noticed AFTER purchase that my selected time slot might NOT be available. 2. The operation staff in KL couldn’t get the time slot I wanted. Yet he didn’t bother to leave me WhatsApp msg. Instead he kept on calling while I was on the airplane so I couldn’t pick up. When I landed and called back he told me he already cancelled the tickets coz he couldn’t get my confirmation for other time slots. 3. They promised me a quick refund within 24 hrs yet it’s almost 48 hrs now I still don’t get my refund. 4. So you ask whether I got a good experience??? What a joke!

Atrocious experience. Someone from the tour operator was suppose to contact me on the morning of the tour to arrange ticket delivery and time for the tour. No such call or message came. Despite repeated attempts to contact them earlier, there were no replies. When I did finally get through, the timing of the tour had already passed. Name of tour operator is YTS.

I am scared of heighs generally but wasnt doing this AMAZING experience would HIGHLY recommend this and the vendor made the experience hassel free as when you go to the towers to purchase tickets they are always sold out and tell you to come back and line up really early (6.30am) the next day. Using this vendor took a total of 2 minutes and we could book the date snd time we wanted to do

The good part was that we were able to get tickets when we couldn’t direct with the Twin Towers. However, communication was poor with regards to the delivery of the tickets to our accommodation. WhatsApp messages were being read and not responded to and phone calls not answered. We ended up having to change our plans to wait for the delivery

Very good Last minute tickets purchase experience

Very easy to book the last minute tickets using the viator. Online tickets with the official website were not available. The tickets were delivered to hotel reception and communication was done via WhatsApp. Overall good experience. The cost was little more but i think it justified if as it was last minute booking.
