A lovely morning spent some of my Nepalese favourite dishes. Esther was very nice and the food we cooked was excellent. We went to the local market to buy some ingredients and then cooked one complete meal. This was my first experience and I strongly recommend it. It’s a good way to learn about local culture.

We enjoyed the historical informations and traditons about Patan and Nepali culture. We liked it to go to the local market to buy fresh vegetables and meat. Was funny to cook with Ester and her colaborator. We've learned how to do momo, chicken curry and dhal bhat. We have discovered new spices. Great experience!!

It was very nice! Nice food, nice food, nice company! Only thing we were a little bit sad about is that alot of things were already done for us.

      Superb cooking class!

Esther is both a great chef and guide! She took me to the market to buy our groceries for the class and gave so much explanation. Had an amazing time!

We had an amazing time learning to cook Nepalese food, and it was by far the tastiest food of our trip. Thank you to Esther and her family for teaching us and welcoming us into their home.

If you are looking for a cooking class in the Kathmandu area, look no further. Ester and Amos are fantastic, the whole experience was amazing, we learned a lot and laughed a lot. The food was absolutely delicious, in fact the best we have had in Nepal so far. This cooking class is a must, we felt so welcome and would come back again in a heartbeat
