My wife fell off the horse. They weren’t in control of their horses. We were first time riders and they were making the horses go fast up and down hills. This should be for more experienced riders and they said it was for beginners. I would not recommend this to anyone. They blamed my wife for being scared and said the horse sensed she was scared

We are very sorry about you wife falling from the horse, as you recall when talking with our operations manager, you mentioned to hime twice, that your wife is very afraid of the horses, and that she came to do the tour convinced by you.
Also its important to mention the service we provided making sure your wife go safely tp the medical center and accompanied by our Operations Manager.
This tour is designed for beginners, we have bin operating for more than 16 years and are averaging 70.000 people per year, and our incident record is perfect.

Horses were cooperative - Guides were awesome making sure everyone was comfortable and keeping the horses on task and switching horses out if necessary. All staff were terrific from check-in, activity and after.

The horses are so well trained to follow each other you hardly have to do anything but sit and enjoy the stroll. horseback riding combined with being in the rainforest, its peaceful.

This was one of the best excursions I have ever been on. Our guides, David, Ronnie, and I can't remember the third's name, were amazing and very knowledgeable. It was fun and adventurous. I will make a day of it next time.

My husband and adult daughter and I did the horseback riding excursion that took us to a canyon with a waterfall. Our guide was really personable and knowledgeable which was appreciated. My husband and I have ridden horses for years and my daughter wasn't exactly a novice either so we had no problems at all. The horses in Costa Rica are a lot smaller than the ones we're used to here in the Western United States but boy can they walk! There hadn't been a lot of rain prior to our tour o when we go to the waterfall it was not running much let the small pool have water in it which was nice to wade in and cool off. This particular ride was not on the beach, It started at the Los Suenos Adventure Park and went up into the hills nearby. Overall We had a good time!

The Adventure Park is very nice and new. It has a great restaurant and gift shop and is very clean. The horses were in good shape and we enjoyed the 2 mile ride up into the mountains to a cool waterfall. We had 20 minutes to go in the water and cool off. I would recommend the horseback riding for beginners or advanced riders, and the staff was great!
