- Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) Required for ATV Deposit Important Information: To secure your ATV reservation, a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is necessary for the deposit. We will hold a minimum of $1,000 on your card for 1 to 5 vehicles; this amount is fully refundable. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase insurance coverage for $25 per ATV (non-refundable). For buggies / side-by-sides, the insurance fee is $100 per vehicle.
- Minimum age for kids on the zip line is 4 years
- Minimum age to drive the ATV is 18 years

This was first time on any excursion - everyone there is so nice - I recommend starting ATV early or booking the one for 3 hours that one will get you to do the ocean views and ride on the sand — zip line is so much fun and they get the greatest photos - everyone is very nice and helpful ! I can’t wait to return to do the excursions I missed out on this time . Logan and Josue helped us out on our tours Brycen as well kept us safe the whole time .

The experience was good however I paid $1000 as deposit for the ATV, was told it will be refunded immediately however still have not seen it in my bank account. I contacted support and they were not being very helpful. I will report back if I don’t end up getting my deposit back.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t give this experience a full 5 stars. The ziplining portion of the tour was absolutely incredible. The guides were amazing—funny, helpful, and made the experience unforgettable. If this review were based on ziplining alone, it would be a solid 5 stars without hesitation.
However, the ATV portion of the tour was a complete nightmare. Our guide showed little to no concern for the group. At one point, someone in our group had a serious issue with her ATV and actually fell off. Despite us yelling and calling out, the guide was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, she wasn’t seriously injured and managed to pull the ATV to the side and get back on by herself.
Because of this, I can only give the overall experience 4 stars—and that’s entirely thanks to the fantastic ziplining tour and its incredible staff.
If you're thinking about booking, I strongly recommend only doing the ziplining tour. Skip the bundle, unless you're willing to take the risk. I truly hope others have a better ATV experience than we did.

We sincerely regret the unfortunate moment that occurred during the ATV tour. It is important to remember that this is an adventure activity, and, as indicated when singing the waiver, it involves certain real risks. In case of the person who experience the fall, our team was present all the time to provide immediate assistance. She herself told us that she got scare and stepped off the ATV while it was still moving, witch caused the situation.
The guide was a few meters ahead, which may have made it difficult for him to see what was happening at the exact moment, but as soon at the incident occurred , all the safety and emergency protocols were activite. The person received the necessary attention and was even offered transportation to the clinic, an option that she declined, as fortunately, she did not suffer any serious injuries.
We understand that this incident affected your groups experience, although it was not related to the quality of the tour or the service provided by our guides, but rather to the inherent nature of an adventure activity. We truly appreciate your positive feedback about the zipline tour and the work of our guides, and we take your comments into account to continue improving every day.

They booked us the wrong tour. We were supposed to ATV around Jaco beach, see ocean views etc. Instead we looped around their theme parks and they took us to a water slide which they call a waterfall and spent 30 min there. What they dont tell you is there's a time limit. Also my ATV broke down with a transmission failure so we lost a good 20 minutes. All in all we had a solid 45 min of ATV. NOT 2 HRS. And NOT ANYTHING SPECIAL THAT WE WERE EXPECTING. The zip lines were fun and the hose was good. But it WAS NOT WORTH $150 EACH for a total of $300,USD. Also they never mentioned to bring a credit card, they will charge you a deductible of $1000 but if you dont have a credit card then it's an additional $27 non refundable for insurance. I expressed my frustration and of course the manager is no where to be found. Theres better excursions out there. Very disappointed. However the tortuga island tour is worth the $160. Overall I spent over $500 on 2 excursions. One was good the other was horrible. Good luck

We enjoyed the zip lining and the ATVS with an option of swimming during the excursion. The guides were detail oriented, explained everything well, Gary, Oscar, and everyone that we encountered were phenomenal! They were even helpful in providing good restaurants to try. Definitely would recommend booking this one.

Ziplinig was fun. The guys and girls up there were really friendly.
Our ATV Tour Guy Brayan Roque was great ! He went far and high for us to get amazing pictures and views . He was patient with us getting pictures with wildlife & stopping at waterfalls. We left a big tip (A days worth) Thats how amazing he was .

Super fun atv ride, friendly guides and beautiful ziplines up in the jungle. Would definitely recommend for an adrenaline rush! My brother lost his glasses there and they found them and even delivered back to our Airbnb. Excellent customer service 👏

This was a wonderful experience! The ATV tour was incredible and so much fun. Our guide took his time and showed us the area and the waterfall was relaxing and fun. Then the zip lining had amazing views and we felt super safe. The facility was updated and very nice. We went with an 8 and 12 year old and both had a blast too.
