The driver dropped us off an 8 minute walk from the hotel without warning due to traffic but pointed us in the wrong direction which was not helpful given we had large suitcases to navigate through traffic filled streets.

the driver was ok to wait for me when I was a bit late although when I was out of airport he did not want to pick me because he said I was a bit late and wanted to charge me again the same amount to pick me and drive me to the hotel. Very bad service and treatment. finally had to pay again to a taxi driver to take me to the hotel.

But we couldn't reach you for 2 hours and you didn't come to the designated meeting point and your reservation went into no show status. If you had contacted us or come to the meeting point, we could have provided your transfer without any fee, but you went by taxi without informing us. We hope we can host you next time

Your reservation came directly to our company via viator and it was made with our vehicle and our driver who works for us. Your transfer was made exclusively for you. After meeting with our welcome team regarding the waiting issue, the time you get on your vehicle is 5 minutes in total and it is quite normal since Istanbul airport is very big.

Comfortable ride, but chaotic pickup

When we arrived at airport exit, we were expecting to see a driver holding up a sign with our name, per the initial instructions we received. That did not happen. We texted the company and we were asked to walk to end of terminal to specific exit with all our bags and wait outside in the HEAT (it was about 38° or 40°) for about 20-25 minutes. We almost jumped in a taxi that was nearby because we had to wait so long. Then they escorted us to a different spot in the airport garage and waited another 10 minutes for our van. Once the van arrived, it was such a relief. The ride to our hotel was nice and relaxing after a long travel day, it was nice to finally sit in air conditioning.

We waited where they told us , and although there was guys sitting in vans none of them came out to see if we were their customers, they said they waited an hour ! So did we! And we took a taxi instead, it was cheaper, now they won’t refund, they are scammers do not use

dear guest It has been determined that we do not comply with the welcome protocol specified in the statement. This is entirely your fault. We state in our product description in viator that we have a welcoming team at the airport and that the guest should go to the board that says sr25 at the entrance 14. exit gate. and just tell our staff your name there. Then our welcoming staff will call the car from the parking lot to pick up the guest and the guest will get in the car. The welcome team and vehicle were ready at the flight landing time specified in the reservation details, but the guest number specified in the system could not be reached and did not come to the meeting point. Despite repeated calls, we could not reach the guest. also did not communicate with us through viator. If requested, we can provide our guest call records and GPS records of our vehicle as evidence.

stressful ride

Not as expected. Had used the same link 2 days ago from hotel near Hagia Sofia to airport and received excellent communications and services therefore decided to go with them on the return journey. I appeared to be connected to a different taxi company and ended up waiting in line at the airport carpark with 5-6 people as instructed by "staff" who collected us at the airport. The car was booked for 15:30 and but was only called by member of staff after we arrived at the pick up point at 15:29. We had to wait until 15:50 before we boarded a vehicle. A staff member from a different cab company attempted to put another Turkish speaking passenger onto our private transfer car until we had to shout at him telling him we paid for a private transfer and do NOT want a stranger sharing our car. The driver of our vehicle also appeared to be coerced by said staff member into allowing the extra passenger onto our car and expressed gratitude to us when we refused to have the extra passenger. totally chaotic and far from the stress free airport pick-up that we were expecting.

Let me just start how long I was left waiting for the representative and the driver its was 2 hours until I finally located the representative who also ripped me off charging me 40 euros for a SIM card that was supposed to be 25gb which actually was 10gb this was a horrible experience and the last time I would used Viator who needs to do better with the company their Advertise

Not trustworthy and i would advise going elsewhere. They call the hotel instead of myself when informing of arrival and then provide a different vehicle to the one shown. very unprofessional and very inconvenient. Avoid!!! When asked for a partial redund they make excuses and lies.

Mr. josef, our vehicle arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, which is your pick-up time from the hotel in your reservation, but when we asked the reception, we got the answer that you were not at the hotel. We tried to reach you until 10 o'clock, but we could not reach you because your phones were turned off. After waiting for 1 hour, our vehicle left the hotel. As a result of your return to us at noon, you stated that your name on the reservation and the hotel was different, so you said that the staff at the reception did not know when we asked the name you specified in your reservation. In fact, our vehicle and driver were at the hotel on time, but we could not reach you. After waiting for 1 hour, we had to leave. We are sorry for the bad experience you had, although it was not caused by us, we would like to provide you with free transfer service on your next visit to Istanbul.

When your plane landed, our car was waiting in the airport parking lot to pick you up, when our welcoming team met you, they called our table and called you to the meeting point to pick you up, but waiting for a period of 15-20 minutes can be lived due to the controls made when entering the parking lot at the airport. We waited for 50mn at airport. First in one place then another as the staff of fabulous travel company didn’t know where the driver was. They made us move from one place to another and finally had us come back to arrival place where driver was waiting, 50 min later. Not recommended

When your complaint is examined, it has been confirmed in the whataspp meeting we made with you that your plane landed at 19:00 and parked at the apron and left at 19:45 after your passport control and baggage retrieval time and got into our vehicle waiting in the parking lot without waiting. In your statement to us, you said that you think so because you did not calculate the difference between Geneva time and Istanbul time. We see that you made the same comment twice, I hope you will see our message and delete this comment due to misunderstanding.
