Our experience was amazing....our driver was truly kind, professional and he knows well the whole city, we visited all the necessary places and many hidden gems proposed from the driver. We had an incredible tour around Istanbul.

This was a customized experience! We had spent the day before seeing the iconic sights in the historic area but wanted to go out of the area to see different things. Our driver looked at my list and quickly prioritized them with us keeping in mind that traffic is always terrible. We knew beforehand we wouldn’t be able to see everything on the list. So we went on our way and he surprised us with a few quick stops that he thought we would enjoy (we did). Overall a great day. We are glad we have another day! We would highly recommend hiring a driver to get around. Istanbul is challenging to navigate…to say the least.

Great experience and friendly driver! Picked up at cruise port and spent the day seeing the sights that we chose. Driver was very knowledgeable and always quick picking us up when we were ready. Dropped us off at airport in the evening after a wonderful day seeing Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Informed our driver, Deniz, of the activities wr were interested in doing with the time we had at Port. Deniz was honest in what would be possible to accomplish and was able to provide alternatives to make sure we got a full experience of everything we wanted to do. One of them was taking us to a large 3 story store rather than the grand bizarre that sold a ton of items that we would have been looking to buy at the bazaar but without the crowds! We experienced personal one on one shopping that included a private taste testing of all the Turkish delights coffee, tea baklava, spices, and more! That could have been an excursion itself. Thank you Deniz for the wonderful experience!

Highly recommend this service! Our driver, Volkan, was our 4 hour private driver for Sunday night, and Monday morning in Istanbul. He was on-time, and communicated instantly with me through WhatsApp. We are 3 single women traveling alone, and we felt totally safe with Volkan. Great experience!

This worked out very well for us. We were leaving for a cruise on the same day so we took our luggage with us, the driver took us to several stops that we wanted to see, and then dropped us off at cruise port. This allowed us to make the most of our final day in Istanbul. CJ dropped us off at entrance of each site and picked us up as soon as we finished. Very happy with this service.

CJ was wonderful. He was so accommodating and dropped us off exactly where we wanted to go. This is not a guided tour, but CJ was happy to answer any questions we had about Istanbul. The car was a Mercedes van with air conditioning and beautiful leather seats. We could have easily fit 6 people in it. We were nervous about navigating getting around Istanbul on public transportation or Taxi so this service was worth every penny!

İpek was an awesome host/tour guide. She gave us the tour of a lifetime! She picked us up right in front of the cruise port terminal at 8am and we spent the next 8 hours going to many special sights. Her personal life stories and knowledge about the city were amazing. My wife,son and myself learned more about Istanbul than we anticipated and ïpek made it fun and very interesting . Our driver was also amazing,maneuvered in and out of tiny windy roads to see unique pieces of the city we would have never found ourselves. And twords the middle of our tour,İpek took us to a nice restaurant for lunch. What a wonderful day we will never forget. Request İpek for an amazing, Informative, and fun filled day.

Customer service is amazing, the driver was very sweet and lovely… the problem was that due to Istanbul traffic we had to leave the van and walk, which kind of ruined the experience for us… and this happened on our way to the restaurant and on our way to the hotel, we know it’s not the driver’s fault but this took away from the private driver experience and we ended up paying a whole lot more than what this was worth especially since we had to walk most of the time!

Very nice car. Comfy. Easy for family esp I travelled with seniors (above 70) and would prefer least walking possible. We did a stopover trip and this 8-hour tour covered all the necessary highlights of Istanbul. I only requested for Pierre Loti and Balat, and driver Ali recommended few interesting places for us to take cool pics incl shopping. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this tour if you have only one day in Istanbul. Driver met us promptly at the port and we discussed what our needs were. He is not a tour guide, just a driver to get you where you want to go, but that's what we were looking for. He communicated well with us in English and made suggestions based on his experience which were appreciated. Overall we had a lovely day.

There were no good memorable parts. The driver asked us for an itinerary, which I was not expecting. We had to cut the tour short due to an accident, and I asked for a partial refund and was refused. I would never book with this organization again.

Firstly this is not Tour with private driver that you booked. This is Private Car Hire with Driver Service. Drivers are not guide and we follow your itinerary. You booked just 4 hrs and you back to Cruise after 4 hrs. You started 4 people and finished 2 people because you lost to each other. Driver parked car and found 2 of you in Sultanahmet Square. (You were also lost same as another 2 people) then you asked driver that you want to back Cruise Ship. After that we learned that another 2 people had an accident. So, Really we can not be responsible from no good memorable part if someone get lost or had an accident. we were on time for your service and gave service which you booked.
We are sorry again to hear about accident and hope you did not read details in that service.

We enjoyed our tour around Istanbul with Ali as our driver. We were a group of six people (four adults and two teenagers). The car was clean and comfortable, also with nice perks of bottled water, phone chargers, and Wifi. Ali has a wealth of knowledge about the sites of Istanbul and provided us many insights - in hindsight, we should have asked him for even more recommendations! Nevertheless, we had an incredible day trip to Istanbul. Highly recommend!
