Once we located the tour operator we were taken to a back parking lot with no explanation of wait times. Asked the operator several times when the shuttle would arrive and kept getting the same answer, “he is a friend of mine”. It took over 45 minutes to finally get our shuttle to the hotel. There were several groups that arrived after us and were put in their shuttles before us. I would have been fired if I treated my customers like that. Will never use this service again, terrible experience.

Our Transfer service arrived slightly earlier then the confirm time, but we had no problem with this as it allow us to arrive at the airport earlier giving us enough time to go through customs and so forth. we would definitely be recommending this to our family and friends.

I booked the two ways transportation from the airport to the Hotel and the other way around. From the airport to the hotel everything was fine but from the hotel to airport they left me at the hotel without any kind of communication, I almost missed my flight. They refund me the money but this almost caused me more than that.

Transfer am Samstag Nachmittag vom Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen gebucht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das ist fast unmöglich mit dem Auto am Samstag Nachmittag auf die andere Seite vom Bosporus zu kommen. Da kann man besser die Metro benutzen. Leider war mir nicht bekannt das es eine Metro gibt. Mein Fahrer hat 2,5 Stunden gebraucht bis zum Hotel und es war sehr teuer verglichen mit den normalen gelben Taxen. Er sagte schon 1,5 Stunden vor Ankunft das wir noch 20 Minuten brauchen. Würde mir wünschen das der Fahrer in so einem Fall anbietet zur Metro Station zu fahren. Das wäre alles in allem besser.
