Nice but not Great

Boat ride was beautiful. Reason for 3 stars is false advertising for pick up and drop off listed on the booking page. We had to find our own transportation. Also snacks were not great.

A little chaotic

The event itself was fine (though the word "yacht" is a bit of a stretch). However, the location given in the app is about 500 metres off and significantly inland of the actual meeting place. We had to ask around at the port to find someone that had my information. And that person did not seem to be familiar with Viator. In essence, the people selling the tour and the people giving the tour do not seem the same. Once on the boat, we had to wait for a guide that could speak English. But it worked out. The snacks were nice. The tour was 2 hours. We saw some nice stuff. Value: I don't know, really. We saw what we wanted, but this is a do once type of thing. I can't imagine it getting more interesting the second time.

Frustrating start, happy ending…

Information disconnect as to where tour started from - followed directions from provider only to find the meeting point was somewhere else. Communication with provider difficult due to poor command of English. Felt like I was dealing with a bunch of 20-year-olds on an on a yacht one of their parents let them borrow to make money. Eventually arrived at starting point just in time for tour. No apologies or clarification as to the discrepancy. The eventual trip was enjoyable food and drinks were good, and of course, scenery was beautiful. Pack your patience when dealing with this group….

Poor communication can ruin a good evening.

The crew were great. Communication through a third party vendor (Viator) is horrible. When we booked the depart time was 4:30 but It got changed to 6:30 and we were never notified. Actual pick up location was off by over .25 miles from what we were told. We were supposed to return to the same pick up point but instead were dropped off nearly three miles away and had to make our way back.

Great sunset cruise on the Bosphorus around both sides of the bay. Knowledgeable and super friendly guides, lovely food, ultra luxe and small boat. This is the one to book!

Bad experience. It was supposed to be a luxury yacht but supposedly the yacht had an accident and we went by super ugly boat much more uncomfortable. I intended to propose on the yacht and obviously on that boat it was impossible. Also during the sales process they said they could help me with flowers and drinks to celebrate the proposal but once I bought they stopped answering the messages and once I could not make the refund they told me they could not provide such services. They're complete scammers. I don't recommend anyone to get on this yacht find another supplier because this was a scammer.
