Disappointed!

The tour was canceled after we arrived at the meeting point. No prior notice. The operator made no effort to get a guide to offer a reduced price and shorter tour. Very disappointed in viator. They clearly had no guide available and just punted. We made our reservations 3 months prior.

great experience but viator failed to give tour

viator never passed the reservation onto operator so no tour. still haven’t heard from viator regarding refund. went to museum and synagogue on our own. wonderful. do recommend.
