Excellent communications prior pick up, on time, driver very professional, tranfred to bigger vehicle to do the tour, liked a lot, plenty of for visit the places, lunch very good too, last experiene in the river comfortable too, smooth return to my hotel, very recommended

      -We pick up guests who stay in hotels in Aksaray, Laleli, Sultanahmet, Eminönü, Sirkeci, Karaköy, Kabataş, Şişhane, and Taksim districts by vehicle. -Our pick-up time from hotels is between 07:45-08:30. Guests participating in the tour will be given a pick-up time between 2 PM and 6 PM the day before the tour, depending on the location of their hotel. -Some streets in tourist areas are closed to vehicles, and others are too narrow and steep for large vehicles. Therefore, we direct guests staying at hotels in these areas to the nearest main road.

      Maybe our worst tour

      Poorly run tour. We were told to be in front of our hotel by 8:15 for our pickup. After 45 minutes of waiting and texting the tour, a guide arrived and told us to follow for a ten minute walk. No explanation or apology given. The 17 passenger bus had 4 guides speaking 4 languages simultaneously. We told our guide we couldn’t hear him. They could have taken turns talking or used “Whisper” audio devices, but nothing was done. Too many “free” time drops, some in poor locations.

      Skip the boat cruise at the end!

      Great tour! Glad we booked it at the last minute because they really show you just about everything. Our tour guide, Batu, was kind and humorous. However, it is quite tiring, so in retrospect, I would have skipped the boat tour at the very end and scheduled that part for another day to get the full benefit from it. FYI, the best WESTERN style bathrooms at the mosques and the restaurants.

      A great see it all tour. Mahsun is a great knowledgeable and patience guide. The Bosphorus bay sea cruise is too late.

      We did this on our first day and it was very informative and definitely set us up a knowledge of the local areas and how things function. In other words it helped us get our bearings. We chose the pick and drop off at our hotel as this was our first trip to Istanbul.

      Great tour. Did all the stops that were listed. Lunch was excellent! Tour started a bit late due to waiting for other guests!

      Amazing 1 day Istanbul tour

      It was a big group which was really hard for the tour leaders to get them together after each place we visited. But they did so good and kept everybody happy :) I only stayed in Istanbul for 1 .5 day and this was the best option for me. The whole crew were amazing!! Highly recommend it.
