Great half day tour Guide was great knowledgeable and helpful Definitely recommend to do it while on a visit to Istanbul Grand bazaar was disappointing to me especially since so much smoke inside :( but overall great experience

This trip was a total waste of time we were not picked up at the port as advertised they sent us an email while we were on the cruise ship we had no wifi so didn't get the email when we got off the ship and rung them to see were they were we were told to late hard luck do not book this trip if you are on a cruise ship.

The tour was okay. Apparently we never managed to visit the Bazar since on Sundays is closed which is something they should note on their website. I find it expensive to just have a four hour Tour for 50$ and not be able to accomplish it.

We thought this tour was pretty good but it wasn't particularly in-depth. Perhaps you just can't get that much info in a 4-hour tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable but he didn't spend a lot of time discussing sights and was more likely to just give us time to explore on our own. Sometimes he was hard to hear and was hard to follow in a crowded location. The one thing that we really did not like was that the guide took us to a high end carpet shop where the staff gave it their best effort to sell us expensive rugs. The tour did serve as a good introduction to some of the major sights, enabling us to fine-tune our self-guided excursions.

El guia no llegó por nosotros al Hotel, llamaos a Viator y Tourmania no respondía el teléfono, el mail o los wasp. 2 horas esperando en lobby. un fracaso la atención.
